I really LOVE shooting vintage lenses especially on my old Fuji bodies... If I was extremely confident in my manual focusing I would not invest invest in a lot of newer lenses. Only the basic necessities. I started with just two vintage lenses and now my collection has multiplied. Great video...maybe incorporated some images for those that have not been expose to what the ole lenses bring to the table...thanks for sharing

@Andre Alfred I have an old Fujica ST901 and totally love it, great fun to use. I have 2 Fujinon lenses that are still in very good shape and I'm curious to see how they would perform on an X-T4.

On the day, i take Focus peaking on „low“. When its dark, then i use „high“. (my results better with this settings) My Adapter is the original Fuji LM-FX Adapter. On this i use a MD-LM or an Pentax K-LM Adapter. Then i can use the Button on the original adapter for switch the focal lenght. I Hope, you can understand me - my german is better 😏

I'm planning to buy an X-T4 in the new year for my "photography on location videos" and as every day carry and I have some Fujinon lenses that I'm very curious to try on the digital Fuji. Nice informative video and interesting channel!

What do you do with a manual zoom lens? Do you put the minimum focal length or the maximum focal length of a zoom lens?

@@acecreates So long as you use focus peaking there shouldn't be a problem but I would check to be sure.
