You could also use a black plastic table cloth from the 99cent store or dollar tree cut a piece that will fit the inside of the basket and then stuff the papers down in it. And cut a piece to cover the top. You should be able to get a few basket from one table cloth.

I find orange and black trash can at thift store I only get 4 they was .59 cents I should have getting more so I know how to feel about kicking myself I can use them these baskets but will work out with black /blue tissue paper.Your baskets look great

Hey boss lady. I don't know how the weather is there. But here in Washington, the weather gets very humid. So whenever I get out and sell my baskets, especially for like Easter and Mother's Day. It's usually like sunny and warm here. So what I do whenever I'm shrink? Wrapping my baskets is I will actually purposely burn a couple little holes around the shrink wrap so that the basket can breathe and it won't get all condensated.
