I heard that it's quite useful as an alternative to the 13GB character dump as a way to copy other stock chars not from the Mega Comedy World used in this version of Wrapper.

I never had the opportunity to use Wrapper offline back in 2020. I had to rely on other LVM clones when I was 12. Glad WO isn’t hard to find. I hate when people would gate keep that shit back then as if it was in some fucking vault.
