My daughter gifted me a WRMK scoreboard a year or so ago. I have patiently waited for about 6 months for the envelope maker to come back into stock at Joann Fabrics (still waiting). A couple days ago I had to slide the scoreboard over to get out some paper and noticed the envelope tool on the back and was like ohhhh wowwww. Of course I did not read the directions, and felt I needed someone to show me how to use it, and walla! THANKS SO MUCH! I probably will buy the other tool, but I can make envelopes while I wait!
So cute... you are! Thank you. I tried and tried on a different board and could never figure it out, because i need to make LARGE envelopes. For some reason, my dies are too large! There seemed no sensible method to making the correct sized envelopes, just like you said. 😄 I watched many videos many times. Then i saw this board in Hobby Lobby. I don't even think it has a brand name. I can't find one. I actually, carefully opened it in the store to see the instructions. It looked like several i had seen on RU-vid that appeared fairly simple to use. The instructions lacked important detail, but i figured i could find Video. I found lots that explained it very well, including yours. I tried it, and once i did it with a video that explained the paper turn and next lineup across the top, it made sense. Then, i had no problem and made cool envelopes. I am looking forward to making easier gift bags now that i can see what i am doing! The old board was a dark color, and i could not read the numbers. Making bags was torture. Thank you for your fun tutorial. Keep that excitement always. Blessings

I was totally in the same boat!!! I just messed up some of my fave paper trying to figure it out...Sigh. But it's not us! The instructions were not complete. That's my story, and I'm sticking with it! 😉Thank you for this demo!
I agree sometimes they don’t show everything and I really wish they would. I practice on scrap paper but then when it comes to good paper I mess it up. 😢🤦♀️

I’ve never seen an envelope maker like that! Good job figuring that one out. I know I have just the we are memory keepers envelope maker and with that one you only measure the 1st score line and then you match the lines to the next as you turn it. Either way, envelope making isn’t as easy as you would think it should be. Glad you figured this out! It will help so many people!!

It took me a minute to figure it out also. I finally got it and haven’t looked back. I am a visual learner and at the time wasn’t using RU-vid for everything. Congratulations!!!

I just love how real you are!! I dont know if my question is going to make sense- but I’ll try- I just made a card using design space/ Cricut. I made a card when folded 5x6. Not folded- 10x6 How would I make an envelope for an odd size? Am I dense or what! 😂 Thanks, carol
I have an ek tools, and still cannot figure it out. It has no guide on it and also has ridges along the ruler side, almost feels like a rip ruler. Never mind. Had it a year and a half and still have not used it....LOL Now I have to go look.....Thanks for sharing.
