I'm only using the XK-24 pad but it allows me to operate a one-man production like I have a team. Being able to operate all of my transitions with one hand allows me to concentrate on my interviews and do my entire production live once I have all of my images, graphics, overlays etc. setup. Really is a game changer.
It would be great, if you could make more than one activator on one button. I would love to have a flashing blue button on preview input and red button for input in program. In vmix23 it was not possible, but joe de max has it in his Central Control, so it should be possible.
