City Stadium in Richmond is a great stadium. The toilets haven't changed since 1929. Great history and a good atmosphere. Walkable from a part of town with plentiful bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.
The problem with WakeMed is that it is in the middle of nowhere along a very small road. Its in a super large metro but nobody outside of die-hard fans wanted to regularly drive from Chapel Hill, Durham or Raleigh to Cary just to be stuck in traffic on a Cary country road. Beautiful facility though.
Indian Super League stadiums next? They have pretty good football stadiums despite only a little over 0.25% of its entire population being football fans
Yeah grass is rare here in Tucson. Glad to see my home town team on here tho. They've really started to invest in advertising around Tucson the last year or so.
It's a shame Saint Louis FC was dissolved before this USL season because of the incoming MLS team. World Wide Technologies Park (the stadium) wasn't anything crazy but it was pretty good for the USL, and it really did have a special atmosphere when it was full. Some of my favorite memories of all time are being in the supporters section there.
To be fair with CHI Memorial stadium it's still under construction, they've planned out a whole mini town around the stadium to make a complete fan experience and hopefully dampen out the sound of traffic on the I-74/24 split which is also under reconstruction. The nice thing about it is that the main entrance is across the street to a hospital. Ironically enough it is not CHI Memorial but a place called Parkridge East Hospital. Bonus points to you for coming closest to pronouncing Chattanooga correctly that I've ever seen from someone who doesn't live around here. For some reason people keep pronouncing it Chatt-Anooga and it's rather annoying.
Legacy Early College is actually a K-12 Charter School, based in an old high school left over from when Greenville's schools were segregated. The neighborhood's kinda sketchy and the parking's a bit of a hike, but it's a nice place to catch a match. Also reasonably priced to compared to say the Greenville Drive or Swamp Rabbits.
I live in Chattanooga and after the stadium being open for a couple years now, I can definitely say it has improved. They’re still not finished either. Gonna be a similar vibe to the Atlanta Braves stadium once it’s finished
How about the Premier League’s youth and women’s stadium? I just recently discovered the women’s league as I have way too much time on my hands. I’m a Chelsea fan and that’s where I picked up the women’s league.... well I’m also a fan of women, but that’s another issue altogether. 🙃
The Germany very high quality and stability work but in another country another people and they need always read an a instruction for how it works correctly
