I have not gotten a single brain tumor question wrong since watching this video. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Neil. You are a lifesaver. Step 1 in 8 days!
They would ask tumor from [remnants] of rathkes pouch - craniopharyngioma which is seen in children (students dont confuse between both ) PSAMMOMA P(papillary ca of thyroid) S(serous cyst adenoma of ovary and endometrium) A M(meningioma) M(mesothelioma) OMA(tumors)
I had to pause the video and let you know that with your videos, I don't need mnemonics most times. I only need the basic understanding which you provide very well. Thank you so much Dr Neil.
I was eagerly waiting for this! Your videos never fail to impress me with the learning ease that they offer every single time! Thanks a bunch, this is just brilliant.
Dr Neil , thanks for making this so much easier to understand and remember . Really feel every med student, PA, NP student should watch this to get a handle on neuro and not be confused. Great Job.
sir , I passed step 1 with Almighty's grace and your beautiful help , starting prep for step 2 ck , i just started watching your lectures again ! will be glad and honored if you make some lectures regarding pediatrics , surgery , and other commonly tested CK materials. thanks a lot for your kindest efforts for making these hard topics palatable !
An amazing video about adult brain tumors. Great images which make it so easy to memorize. Thank you so very much Dr. Randy. Absolutely a distinguished channel for USMLE.
Thank you Dr. Neil, your videos are excellent, I have pretty much finished them all, just started with your new biochem series. Would like to make a request, if feasible, please do consider making a video on how to localise different brain lesions. Again, thank you for all you do. 🌻
Sargun, I may loop back around to Neurology again for the child brain tumors... I'm not sure I have much in terms of the brain lesion... but I will try and do something.
Sir I have been watching just your videos since the starting of my medschool your approach in attempting questions has helped me a lot in solving questions I wish you all the best......
Doc thank you so much for making these videos. I love them and they are extremely helpful in memorizing the concepts. I just wanted to request you to please upload more of neurology section videos.
I appreciate your method of teaching, it's fun and concise.... I never find myself falling asleep when watching your vids. Looking forward to more vids :)
Thank you Dr.Randy Neil for simplifying many topics on USMLE exam .....before 2 years I watched your 2 videos of biostatistics....they were really great and at that time I started to look for new videos for you so that I can gain more knowledge from you in a simple easy way , I really appreciate the hard work which you are doing !!!! ...if you can do some videos on safety which has more questions on the new version of usmle questions .....thanks a lot ...you are a great maricle for many of us ..
@@RandyNeilMD In the last version of usmle step 2 CK they mentioned that they added more questions on quality and safety for patients ....this topic is wide and I dont know how to study it and what to concern on ...I wish that its clarified now ....if you can make a video about it that will be very appreciated!!
Oh Dr. Neil, I really appreciate all your videos. My COMLEX 1 is next week. Been binge watching all your videos. Thank you for all your help, your videos are so clear and giving me confidence. Hopefully I can be a psychiatrist one day :)
I am thankfull to you . i was stuck with my step 1 but now with the help of your videos i am able to score 235 and more on nbme. A lecture on Regulation of gene expression and Hardy-weinberg equation would be very very helpfull in few days as exam in 2 weeks.
I think I touch on Hardy-Weinberg in. biostats video... I think the review one and the very fist biostats video. I might touch on the gene expression when I get to Biochem...
I am so grateful to learn the high yield topics through easiest way.. It"s because of you ....Thank you so much Dr!....Keep on uploading more...I request you to upload more on cardio and pulmunology...Thank you again!

dr neil, can you please make a video on the cross section for neuroanatomy! like questions with brainstem lesions. and PLEASE do one for eye lesions as well like if the optic tracts are cut and stuff!
@@RandyNeilMD Thank you so much Dr. Neil, your methods of explaining these various highyield topics in my opinion, are precise, easy to remember and overall helpful. Please, if possible, a go over for spinal tract anatomy and associations to Spinal cord lesions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for the great work you do.
Thanks for this great work Dr. Neil! I've looked all over for the Neurology-Brain tumors-adult. Can I please get a link to it if it's available? Thank you for all you do!
Dr. Randy in the first question isn't it meningioma? The tumor itself isn't crossing the midline. Rather it's pushing the parenchyma. And it looks like it is arising from the meninges.
and once again a great video. dr. randy can u please make more videos in neurology? especially on strokes, optic pathway lesions and spinal cord lesions. thank you sir.
Alok, No worries... it's coming. It's a little weaker in terms of the pics IMO... It uses old cartoon characters that many people might not know... but I do have something.
Thank you... My one for kids just isn't as impressive and references cartoons that may reveal my age of when I watched them... most people right now would have no idea...
Hi Dr. Neil. I just found you. Do you have a video or information about DIPG in adults? There is so little info out....thats the type of cancer I have..PLEASE HELP
