@purpurpledog8 funny thing is that the Navy was warning the sailors not to come ashore fearing crime and violence in San Pedro, to which the city took great offence. LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Navy Week has been a hit, with big crowds turning out to see the visiting ships and sailors. But a U.S. Navy warning to the crews about San Pedro crime has clouded the event.

Could everyone visit thoseship or is it only for americans or canadians? Because i came from germany and it would be very nice to visit one of the Carriers sometime?

Not the newest. USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN was commissioned in the 90's. Newest at that time is the USS GEORGE H. W. BUSH CVN-77
