This Quran guides to what is most upright; and it gives good news to the believers who do good deeds, that they will have a great reward. 10. And those who do not believe in the Hereafter-We have prepared for them a painful punishment. 11. The human being prays for evil as he prays for good. The human being is very hasty.

I boarded the USS Kitty Hawk in Subic City in the 1980s, before Korea Team Spirit. While reviewing credit requests from the Western Pacific/UN Trust Territories, I realized that the credit requests will need the inputs of the DOD. After USS Dwight Eisenhower is decommissioned from this last assignment in the Middle East, we can look at the aircraft carrier as a Floating Hospital, carrying medical supplies, holding actual invasive urgent care, and conducting distance learning. The Pacific Ring of Fire had recently experienced Tsunamis, Volcanic Eruptions, fallout from nuclear disaster, ship collisions (ref to NOAA, UNCLOS, FAO, Compact of Free Association budgets).
