That depends on the player. either can win. constitution is also a really good ship. its railguns are no joke.

​@@GucciFlipFlopss there's no issue on its HP, it is good as it is, the real issue on this ship is firepower, really the most used offensive build is X51 and monarc, that's it. Even with zircon it does mediocre damage for a gold ship, 1 more missile would be good for this, either 1x3 or 1x2 & 1x1 slot. And maybe if they're generous, a 1x1 slot torp would be great.
