Hi! Can you reach the bungee glove pockets with the backpack On ? To take for example snacks on the move? And are you use it on warm days to know if its hot backpack? Finally do you know the weight of the pack without the protector and the gopro mount? Thanks

Hi Gabriel, Thanks for the questions. I can barely grab gloves from the bungee pocket when the pack is on, and don't recommend storing things in those pockets for on the move. I put all of my snacks that I plan to eat while moving in the waist pockets. Which hold about 1 fig bar, and 2-3 gels or gummy squares (each). For warm days... I haven't noticed the pack being any warmer or cooler than any of the other packs I've tested. My back is always my sweatiest area, and I expect it to be that way when I'm wearing a backpack. Weight of the pack... I haven't weighed my pack, but the USWE site sells a version of this pack without the protector called the Shred 16 that is 2.67 pounds. Here a link to that pack: amzn.to/3rIIggm Let me know if you have any other questions. I'm currently wearing this pack while riding 3+ times a week right now.

Good review. Bought this bag as a motorcycle day bag. Have no complaints so far. Those side pockets are amazing for keys and wallets while riding.

and how is your backpack? did you manage to test it a bit? btw. where did you get it? I need one too, and consider which one to pick 16 vs 25

@@danielwro1 Oh no, my answer is gone! I wrote quite a long answer to your question. It was there for a few seconds, then gone. Dammit YT! In short: The backpack is awesome. Get one!👍🏻 The 25 l version is not too big in my opinion. And the protector is longer. Oh, and it's 20 € cheaper than the 16 l version where I got it from... Visit Austrian shop Sportokay and check their USWE sale. Watch our for voucher codes for additional discount...😉 Cheers and good buy!🤪

@@jurgentrockenbau9321 Thank you buddy. Just ordered one. Even if it turns out to be not super Ok to me I will sell it further. I find my 14 and 18 liters backpacks being sort of smallish so assume that 25 would be great. Thanks!

@@danielwro1 You're welcome. I have a Deuter Compact EXP here which has 16 l plus 4 l additional and it's often a little cramped. And way to sluggish on steeper rougher trails. Maybe you wanna report back if the Flow 25 is to your liking...✌🏻 Cheers

all fine guys! the backpack sits really like hugging monkey. 25 litters is perfect to me (16 would be too small), skydio, some emergency clothes, a bit of food and bike spare parts - all this, after a while of riding I forget what I'm carrying on my back. Quality of the product is also top notch.

Great review. I have been trying this out. Would love to be able to tighten the chest harness and not able to do it. Is there a way? Also would love to be able to lower the hip belt so it does not hug my stomach but goes around the hip

You have to loosen the X-over straps till the belt is at your hips. Thats how I do it.

Can you carry a fullface helmet instead a non fullface?? Nice review btw

Hi Arturo, that’s a good question. I don’t have a full face helmet to test that for you. I’m not sure that a full face helmet would fit into the helmet pouch, but I would guess it could be easily secured to the back of the pack with the buckles for the helmet section. I hope that makes sense. I’m actually in the market for a full face helmet, so if I get one soon I’ll respond again to your question.
