Allison, can I just say, of all the people I watch on RU-vid, you do an incredible job synthesizing information about your trip, provide great recommendations and commentary, making it both informative and just a general pleasure to watch. I'm from Toronto Canada, and it blows me away how much more developed the States are in every aspect. You have inspired me to visit Utah and I'm messaging my girl friends now to plan a ski trip next year! :) I am so looking forward to your Texas travel vlog! Years ago when my daughter was around ten years old we had just had the big Northridge earthquake in California so we said lets get our of California for a bit and flew to Utah. Sundance was like a winter wonderland. Their fountains had frozen and looked like the ice casltes. Anyhow had such great memories while we were there. You are blessed to have all this video footage. So happy you loved my home state. Hope sometime you venture down to Southern Utah where I live. My small city has a shakespeare festival, a lot of other plays and events, college town. Short drive up to a small ski resort Brian head. I think you would really love it.

Please come to Utah in summer and explore Southern Utah. Raibow mountain during sunrise and sunset is other worldly. Zions national park is incredible.. tubing down the river,river, the narrows, etc. Bryce canyon, the arches, natural hot springs in souther Utah, the list goes on and on. Driving through utah from top to bottom, every half hour looks like a different place completely.

I lived in SLC for a year and you drove past my old apartment 😂 your video made SLC seem a lot more interesting then i thought it was tbh

Love that hotel in park city. They upgraded my brother and sister in law to this huge suit with wash and dryer last year during covid because they only had a few other guest at the time.

I got engaged at the White Barn! Park City is full of magical memories for me!

This was such a well made and enjoyable to watch vlog! I didn't want it to end lol. Planning hubby and I's one year anniversary and you gave me some great ideas.

We live in the salt lake valley and hubs works in the east mountains currently in the midway area. When we met he was remodeling one of those historic colorful homes in the main part of park city. It was fun to see his process and progress photos as it was being done. It’s very cold here now. Especially east in midway. Hubs works in the negative temps daily building custom homes up there. Although very pretty. Summer it’s even more pretty with warm temps. Gorgeous mountain scapes everywhere! Glad you were able to experience our snow although not very much this year.

Allison, I am wanting to go on more adventures with my husband, but I don't know all the things about planning the trip. Would you be comfortable with showing how you usually book these vacations? I am curious to see the process you go through when booking the lodge, skii rentals, flights, fun activities, etc.

I’m Austin check out Barton springs pool, Hamilton pool. You have to go to Fredericksburg that’s maybe one more hour away from Austin. It’s a small, quaint, German city with hundreds of wineries around and also has the famous Enchanted Rock State park!!

I been skiing since i was 6...was in ski team in school and still skiing till this day i been to park city many times all i ski are the black diamonds

Travel vlogs bring me so much joy. Just seeing different areas of the world that I never thought of. I'm so happy that you decided to film this! After welding all week it's nice to finally just spend my Friday in bed catching up on RU-vid videos lol. Ever since my ex broke up with me recently, I've just been craving doing some traveling. Next month my mom and I are going to Pennsylvania to see Martina McBride in concert and then we are going to stay the night. in the morning I want to go somewhere for breakfast but my mom is on a very specific diet with her health issues. Overall I'm really excited about it. I'm also very happy to be welding again! Even though it was a little rough for me a couple of weeks ago when he broke up with me I can honestly say that that break up was the best thing thats halpened to me. I'm such a free spirited person that I'm learning I don't want to be tied down in a relationship. I just want to focus on my skill trade and make money and live the life of my dream and I basically already am! Doing something that I love, a great schedule and just over all a great company I'm with! Over all very happy with my life right now.

My husband and I have traveled to a lot of states but Utah is not one of them and we're in our 60's so the chance of us getting on the ski slopes is pretty slim! 😂 It's so beautiful....I particularly loved the mountain views.
