Howdy nya'll, Ruko is intersex (somebody who has parts of both male and female genitalia) and usually seems to go by femal pronouns. The terms hermaphrodite and shemale are generally offensive and shouldn't be used.
brain rot i suppose that makes sense. however, i don’t think a vocaloid would be offended if they were referred to as a “hermaphrodite”. She male isn’t really a common thing and Intersex is a form or hermaphroditism. Ruko is a god so it honestly doesn’t matter what they are.

According to the official website for Yokune Ruko, it is never stated what kind of pronouns they prefer. Its only stated that their sex is Futanari and their male to female ratio (Male:9 Female:1). Basically this means that people can use whatever pronouns they prefer for Ruko. This is why you should always look into the original source rather than a wiki that can bring biased information depending on who wrote it.
