Honestly broke my damn heart when I was watching it the first time *shakes her head* Even Ukon wouldn't say anything like that.... and I have no idea exactly WHY Kuon is so invested in Haku and everything about him. We're at what, at this moment, Nihongo, 22? She doesn't seem to have had an end game, and her reaction showed she ... well. Pleasure, to speak with you, Fujibayashi san. *bows, slides her palms down her thighs*
@@wren7195 Kuon fell for him during the Mask of Deception pretty much, at first as a relic of the past she was fascinated by, and then for himself (because she was very comfortable with him and he never treats her differently from others and she knew he wouldn't even if he realized she's Tuskur's princess). She might've cried for her friends if they died, but for Haku she lost all meaning. And her return was partially so she could make peace with Haku's loss and make sure his sacrifice was worth it.
@@snowwolf342 I greatly enjoyed her appearance as the princess for the court of Ennakammui, she was formal, polite, but had her legitimate goals as the magnate of Tuskur and to test what she felt was the weak-will of Anju. For her to .... have such RAGE towards what she thought was Oshtol was a bit... confusing for me, even putting it through the lens of lost love as a girl myself, ...because she had a LOT of respect and love for Oshtol as well and couldn't have "assumed" he'd just abandoned/let Haku down. I haven't played the games, and the anime's on the.... 24 episode as I write this, for Futari no Hakuoro, (spoilers if one hasn't gone this far): ...the flashbacks of what she was about to accidentally awaken when Oboro stopped her, it seemed different from what she used in the battle between Mikazuchi and Haku's akuruturuka forms. As if she hadn't control. And the continued statements of "he's the one," referring to Haku! LOL Sorry I am just fascinated with this series, it's genuinely become my favourite anime and I'm considering getting the games. I wish you all the best
@@wren7195 She was angry with Oshtor because she believed that Oshtor would have more than enough power to save Haku. The fact that Oshtor lived and Haku had to sacrifice himself FOR Oshtor was incredibly baffling to Kuon. Oshtor the all powerful, making Haku the weakling sacrifice himself so Oshtor could live? That was something Kuon could not believe. It was amplified by the fact that Oshtor had the gall to use Haku as an inspiration for Anju, and Kuon believed he had no right to do so because he had to have Haku sacrifice himself for him, even though he had the power to save everyone.
And can we all get like a GoFundMe for FLICKING Nekone... that girl single handed saved all of Yamato, COUNTLESS times. I admit I was a bit irritated at her first encounter with Haku, but for her to come this far for her brother, the country, and "the mission" and still keep going.... ...that poor girl is beyond a treasure.
@@Promilus1984 Nah, that was another group of scientists(i.e the evil ones). He was on a different field of research. Maybe that's why he wasn't turned into a tatari.
@@Jack-rr9nh No. In fear of the tatari he modified himself radically. He himself said, that he was propably not human enough to be affected by the curse.
This was some 🪨 Lee level fighting. Especially when she picked up that huge ass sword!!! She really had alot of pent up anger she needed to let out. Now maybe without all that stress she’ll start to grow.😊
Oh, is that how she did it? In the VN the way they made it seem was less "she threw it down in between them from on high" and more "She was miles away and chucked that shit like a javelin".😂
anju literally went from the princess getting her ass spanked by her underling, to the princess actually doing some ass beating, that's crazy character development, congrats anju lmao
yes but that was a funny scene, and the way she pulls her eyelid down when she says sarry is something I will never say looks like stretchy rubber, but yea looks like she came a real long way, like the costume designs I see maybe have to watch this series actually if can find, though since hulu, and crunchyroll have cornered the market on anime streaming and took away watching with ads for pay to play and not brought on many new series thanks to their greed and dualapoly its hard to watch anything even stuff thats been out decades and free when there were four or five places that streamed, like funamation and neon ally
There's a certian universe, where Anju failed to get up, and Kuon kept beating up Haku until he actually dies. Cant stop seeing that end of the story, now that I know it's officially existed. As for the main universe story goes...the Zan2 game does it much better.
What's the Berserk quote, again? "It could not be called a sword. It was more like a giant slab of iron." Berserk, how is a visual novel more accurate to your own quote than you are?😂
I really love this fight of my Kuon shisuta imouto-san VS. My Anju shisuta imouto-san/my true true main waifu, from-my childhood Utawarerumono Dengeki G Magazine Series.
she went from the princess getting her ass beat infront of everyone by her underling that works for her, to actually beating some ass infront of everyone, that's some crazy character development lol W
Haven't watch this yet because my ps4 shat itself dead with that update.... been wanting to play my games I bought.... :( I'll say but this cutscene does look very different to Utawarerumono Zan 2
@@kry8596 Oh i see. Thanks for the explanation, friend. Also, don't worry. I don't mind spoilers. The build up and the actual plot is what matters to me.
