Have you ever thought about extending the top of your hip stick out further from your body it moves the centre of gravity away makes the detector lighter again.

Just got my zed, and the damn tubes come apart on the pro swing, gonna have to pin um I guess. Got out to a target next to the truck, probably my steel toed boots lol. dug a hole found nothing, lol. Only 1.5 miles from my home. I just bought 31 acres of an old 1850's ghost town that burnt down twice. Last time was 1860ish. It has several mines on it. I'm back home, getting the hiking boots, and going back by God!!! 8 grand, I'm gonna get that thing dirty today.

THANK YOU !!! I bought a New GPZ 7000 in March 2020 and it came with the Pro Swing 45 Harness... I couldn’t find the instructions and wasn’t sure if I use both L and R Struts at the same time and wasn’t sure where to hook the Crossbar or what it was for ??? Not a single Picture or set up video except yours... I’ll set up and try thanks again

Great vid, thanks very much. I'll try some of that next time out. Two questions, Firstly does the tie around the screen stem put stress on the stem? ie would it weaken it too much at some point in the future? Secondly. I have a similar set up for harness and backpack carrying water and PLB and spare batteries etc and also the utility belt for the pick and finds bag (I take found rubbish away). After a few hours of kneeling/bending down and up again it all get very congested. Have you seen a set up that combines these 3 elements or 2 of them?

I contact minelab they told me its not possible to connect 2 rods at same time. How did you manage to do it?

Why wouldn't you just use the swing arm supplied with the harness? I can see that he is making do with this set up quite well but I have found that with the harness set up perfectly the swing arm helps to compensate for levelling out the coil while swinging
