She probably hates Uther and thinks that he botched Arthas's paladin training which led him to fall to darkness and ruin her life hence her hostility towards him.
The Line with Xul(You sound awful familiar) is awesome. Xul has the same VA as Uther himself xD (also Deathwing, i think.) Name of him is Michael McConnohie
It saddens me to see Arthas and Uther hating each other, even Arthas whose not undead but is wielding frostmourne. It makes me want to see a skin of Arthas as a noble paladin whose still good to Uther. I don't care if he's a generic paladin or not, I want to see a version of Arthas that's pro-Alliance and hasn't committed any crimes and is either from before he decided to purge Startholme or is from an alternate world where he didn't fall into darkness and remains loyal to the Light and to the Alliance.
Aside from Uther and Arthas that is Sylvanas and Kael'thas was found within ones, even Kerrigan had similar to both Arthas and Sylvanas (their actions by Amazon Cassia have casual unlikable guy), but Kerrigan was successful conqueror when ending threat of Amon from Infinite Cycle.
*Alarak:* "Ugh, you? How unfortunate." *Uther:* "That just cost you a healing, right when you need it!" *Later, after a few deaths* *Alarak:* "Oh hoh, it's you! Still failing I see." *Uther:* "Just shut up will you!" I love how done Uther is when Alarak comes back to berate him a second time.
”Justice has come for you, Kerrigan!” Uther is among the first Warcraft heroes that seeing both any Demons (including Diablo) and Kerrigan, for these history crimes, many other Warcraft heroes like Jaina, Whitemane, Valeera, and Yrel had never mentioned Kerrigan when killing that hero.
