The hotel was opened in 2007, the last renovation was carried out in 2020.

It consists of the main 8-story building with elevators (to get to the main building from the villas, 2 elevators are provided) and a complex of 3-4-story villas.
The hotel accommodates guests with disabilities (Penthouse suite), there are also wheelchairs (for a fee) and ramps on the territory.

The private sandy beach is located 150 m from the hotel, across the street.
The length of the beach is 350 m.
The road to the beach runs along the bridge (a shuttle runs to the bridge every 10 minutes, 09:00-19:00), descent to the beach by elevator.
