true and neo chaos can be extended actually, by held 1 then if you time your dash and teleport jump perfectly, you can land a 5 even if their stamina is full

Asgore's 2nd phase should straight up gets his hiw own tier more than S because they cant regen stamina mid counter so if they have lower than 16 stamina or even 16 u can ground 5 also decrease asriel's with like 2 tiers for the absolute ass endlag it gets if missed and also dont forget how ass 2nd phase frisk counter is for purely having 1 second or not even that of counter window which can mostly handicapp you

~some other stuff on counters (my opinion, so u can just ignore this if u want)~ I think another important factor for counters is whether or not it's worth using, and what advantages it presents over just dodging and attacking normally. Examples would be asgore's allowing for fire moves to be used in combos, or mute on frisk's to allow guaranteed healing. If the counter doesnt give any advantajes in comparison, surely its less risky just to dodge? Also, another detail on a few of the counters is that asriels has a noticeably longer endlag than the rest, and jevil's 4 has shorter than the rest. Jevil's 7 in both phases also has a slightly longer duration.

Correction you can use the book if you do it in mid switch of shoes if you do it right for a extended combo either or the book can be useful at specific points.

Jevil 7 (long variant) can be combo extended by Jevil 3 (1 fase)... Maybe...

Book 1 is way better than you think just because of one single factor. *Noone will expect you to switch to it* Since you dont really see anyone using the weapon, you wont think about it at all, then when they switch to it, you wouldnt even notice until you get hit by the counter
