Ultraview is a gimmick company. In my humble opinion, if they continued with those overpriced items, they would not last.Gimmick can take you so far!!!!!

Definitely not worth the price point… I’ll keep my $9 arrows!

I started fletching my own arrows to avoid the inconvenience of taking them to the archery shop, so to create a new inconvenience just doesn't make sense. I'll never get the UV variety. Look, archery is about mitigating the many small things to your advantage. There are so many small decisions you make choices about. Why depend on a company to the degree you must by running a cool set of arrows? Make your own cool.

Nobody should buy or sell such expensive arrows. I’m sure they are totally awesome. They might be the best arrows in the world. I’m definitely not a great shooter, but I would bet that even the best archers out there could still shoot just as well with arrows that cost half the price.

That seems to be the case, the arrows are awesome! There’s no doubt about it! Just not sure they’re worth that price…

Don’t think you need to buy and shoot that expensive of an arrow for whitetails if your shot distance is 10-40yds, but if you were you going after elk and taking shots out to 100 yds, then yes, they might be with it. They’re designed to recover faster than any other arrow and made more specifically for hunting, and shooting with a good fixed broadhead. Not sure why you guys are trying to shoot groups at short distances with these expensive arrows, I don’t even do that with $20 arrows. Of course you are going to damage fletchings doing that, and shooting them in a target where you might get a pass through and damage the fletching, well that’s on you also!! 🙄 One review I saw on these arrows was that they were 1 fps slower when leaving the bow with buddies regular hunting arrow but were 9 fps faster at 50 yds. Did you guys notice that these didn’t drop as much as your other arrows? Also, complaining that the arrows don’t hit with your other arrows, that’s a rookie mistake, especially if they have a different helical. And they will probably fly different with a fixed Broadhead too. Once you take the time to properly tune your bow to shoot an arrow as best it can, don’t complain or expect that all the arrows should shoot the same, it just ain’t gonna happen, too many variables!! JMO Appreciate you giving feedback though.

There’s a lot of different variables in everything, shooting these arrows they don’t seem to have any major drop differences from our other arrows. The different shot placement being different right to left is an issue for me personally because with the UV slider and the ability to run multiple sight tapes, I can have my bow tuned to both the RIP TKO and the DCA arrows and just run different sight tapes for each arrow, then I just have to dial different for the different arrows… with the UV arrows the windage is different making it not possible for running 2 arrow setups on one bow… there are a lot of variables, but shooting two sight tapes I’ve been doing it for quite some time however it’s not possible with the UV 1K arrows because of the opposite helical… which is a huge negative in my opinion

The arrow fletchings are absolutely on us and it does happen, but that’s primarily the point… it still happens no matter how careful you are, and the price point of the refletch kits is extremely expensive, also a huge negative

I didn't notice any major drop difference at 80 yards. If the arrows are the same weight, or I would say within five grains of each other the drop at distance would be more related to FOC differences not the arrow composition. (In my experience)

Good honest opinion gents, time to invest in some DJI or the like clip on microphones!

UV are not the first to make oring field tips if that’s what you were implying at. Also of course you can’t run 2 different arrow setups….1) Your UV arrows are slightly diff length than your other arrows the way the half out is built. 2) The vanes were different sizes which can effect the “test”
@MADDHunts
@MADDHunts День назад
We’re well aware they aren’t the first, we’re just pointing out that we like they’re doing it also. Secondly, I’ve been running two arrow setups for over a year… with the UV slider you can run 2 sight tapes at the same time, if I run the RIP TKO and the DCA arrows they have the same left and right impact just different elevation, so with different tapes I can in fact run 2 arrow setups. The arrow length is 1/8 of an inch different, that is a fact, however I didn’t cut them to the same carbon to carbon length… The games being different sizes shouldn’t make any difference how well they shoot if my bow is tuned to them? I don’t understand what your point is? If my bow is tuned to the UV arrows and I’m testing how well they shoot? I don’t believe they’re inherently better shooting then other arrows I’ve shot? (Obviously when my bow is tuned to the other arrows, that should all go without saying) This whole “test” isn’t trying to say the arrow setups are the same as our other arrows in any way shape and form, it’s us testing to determine our own opinion on whether or not we believe they’re worth it😂 and in our opinion they’re not worth it

@@MADDHunts My experience with the UV1 compared to tkos initial shot placement was high because they were lighter. I’m running 125 grains in my tkos and obviously the UV1 come with 100 grains. No issues other than that. I also cut my own UV1 so i’m explaining the actual carbon to carbon length is different from your previous setup if not the UV1s would be longer. My comment was concerning how your old arrows shot right. I find that really odd but with the longer vanes on the UV it might steer it more than the shorter(looked like blazer )you were using. You fellas asked for comments you got one from a credible person. Not just some internet jagaloon so relax

@@hardearned there’s no hate brother I was genuinely trying to understand what you meant, I wasn’t understanding initially… I do get what you’re saying with the arrow length, I honestly for the life of me couldn’t figure out why they were shooting left compared to the other arrows. They are the blazers on the other DCA arrows, on the RIPs they’re fletched with the AAE hybrids I believe, I know they’re not the same as the UV but they’re a lot more comparable in my opinion, the elevations being different makes total sense to me just with the weights being different, however the left and right honestly did leave me scratching my head a bit!

What fletchings are you running on the TKOs? And are you running a helical on those as well?

@@MADDHunts I was running bohning x3 which flew really well even out to 100. I was going to stick with that but landed a discount with UV for the 1ks when they came out. After testing their arrows and vanes i bought the vane kit. I wrapped my tkos with apa wrap and fletched them to precision. I have shot them from 20 to 40 with really good flight however i can’t go any further due to my bow being sited in for my 1ks. Side note my TKOs are 494.3 grains and UV1s are 464.4
