Honestly, we were just messing around! On a break during a recent rehearsal for Ese & The Vooduu People's headline show at Pizza Express in August 2023, with Vânia featuring on backing vocals, Vânia decided to use the opportunity to quiz Carl about Belmont Villa for banter. We realised afterwards that the desk happed to still be recording from the rehearsal and so you get a special honest, improvised little peek behind the scenes of what we've been up to and our philosophy.
