The reason im ALMOST POSITIVE that its not Og Dragonball is the ezas. Ezas have become a huge part of major celebration themes, and who tf are they going to eza for original Dragon Ball or even saiyan saga? Broly or GT have 5 plus ezas that fit the theme. Dragon Ball has 0.

The ship plate on the front is actually the main focus from what i took from it was “fore”which stands for “before” then you see Z so what I see is “before Z”which is dragon ball :)
I honestly thought the teaser could either be Broly or GT, either the ship being what's in the sky or the dragon balls scattering around the world, signaling Shadow Dragons.
One thing that makes me think that it isnt OG DB is the fact that the team doesnt have alot of potential eza characters at all. Meanwhile broly is not only more hype in terms of money because he is a super Saiyan, but there are like 5 movies ezas that can come. Teq lr broly, int DF broly, teq gogeta, phy janemba, goku and piccolo ect
Truth I think it’s the nimbus considering that the object in the sky is shown at different times of the day in different places. That wouldn’t make sense for a ship falling into atmosphere
As good as that fight is, it’s universally agreed upon that it’s just not hype enough for a big celebration. DBZ really did something special cuz people like transformations and people LOVE fusions that’s just the way it goes. Realistically I could only picture a OG db celebration during golden week
OG Dragon Ball is new years ddf or golden week ddf. It isn't hype enough for WW. The only way that it would work is if the characters are mega busted. But there is another problem, who the fuck are we running them with?
I don't think DKP and Kid Goku are big enough in terms of sales for WWC but that would be great as a beginning of the unified schedules. Battle that moved DB into new era would be a celebration that brings Dokkan into new era. It's probably Broly. Legends just got Broly also.

I honestly doubt it's going to be kid goku and DKP, no matter how much I'd love to see new versions of these units, they just dont generate as much hype as Broly and SSJ Goku would, It's WWDC, they're going to go all out and drop movie 8 LR's, more on that, we have yet to see a well animated goku that does the final punch to broly, or a Z broly since 2021s saiyan day, that's just my opinion though
For me the hint could also point to Shenron's dragon Balls being used, since there are 3 things traveling throughout the world living the yellow streak behind and it happens in the same time just in different timezones
I wouldn't discount Saiyan Saga just yet. We could easily do Saiyan Saga/Broly Movie celebration for a Space Traveling Saiyan theme, or defenders of earth. Something along those lines.

The Hint from the video is the Comet from the First Broly Movie. I'm calling it right now. I saw that and immediately thought that was what it was going to be. The literal thing being shown is a comet in the sky in the teaser. IDK how more people haven't realized this. Why is the whole community trying to cope for the most obscure shit??? The ticket summon for past DFEs they have for WWDC are solid for sure, like when’s the last time AGL Rosé was ever on a banner 🤣 good for new players and players who have had those units at 90% for 9+ years lol. I know I whaled on Beast and TEQ MUI so maybe 3k 😋 btw it counts towards how many stones you used in game since last year, from summons to opening dupe paths to restoring stamina. Forgot there’s new players everyday that join in
If part 1 is gonna be DK Piccolo and Kid Goku part 2 could easily be Namek Saga. With Krillin being killed in both, Goku avenging him, and the big search for the dragon balls being a focal point in both sagas I think it’s a good combined celebration.
If WWC is DB Saga it will be the most unhype disappointing WWC we’ve ever had. Sorry not sorry. DB Saga is fine, BUT NOT FOR WWC. It’s the 2nd biggest celebration of the year!
Every big celebration like Anniversary, Tanabata and WWC is just have Fusion, Beast,super sayan or power beyond super sayan and that is the best make more money and they are know that. If the big celebration like Anniversary, Tanabata and WWC has the headliner unit just base form like Kid Goku vs DKP,base Goku vs base Vegeta in sayan saga that is doesn't hype enough,can not make more money for Dokkan and that is the wrost of the big celebration forever.
Honestly, I think I'll pass if it's kid Goku and tien and piccolo. The 10th anniversary isn't super far away and have a lot less time to save up. I don't want to get so hyped that I forget that the sync will have us doing the anniversary together with jp.
Yeah same, I want it to be a memorable Worldwide but I used a lot of stones on UI Goku without getting him, and if it's Z Broly I'd definitely summon. They do come back during the 10th Anniversary regardless, it's just a matter of missing out on the hype.

I think a lot of people should potentially consider that this could be buu saga as well. The teaser points no where near a broly celebration. Broly fell from a pod straight down, the teaser clearly shows something flying. A flying nimbus. Tail and all. so that takes out broly and leaves kid goku. Roshi did get a DFE last celebration but let’s think more outside the box here. Db saga has no upcoming eza’s or anything in the play book that would be cause of a good celebration like World wide. Also, doesn’t really seem like there’s a battle going on in that teaser. it seems like there’s peace going on. Who else flew on nimbus during times of peace like a skat pack, whipping like there was no care in the world. Teen gohan. Well.. buu saga has a lot of upcoming eza’s. The start of buu saga has barely been touched. Wild take that’s not so wild here. That’s gohan flying on nimbus. And we might just get Ss2 Goku vs Majin Vegeta WW2024. That seems like a way better celebration than DKP vs Goku especially during one of the most important celebrations in dokkan history.
Normally the start of August DFE refers to the WW headliners and it was Roshi, that's why to me it makes more sense Kid Goku VS Demon King Piccolo, but I hope it's Broly theme
truth, the purpose of every big celebration is to make you put together a team of the category of personahens, as was the case with Broly Gogeta and Gohan Beast, launching a Gohan Kid wouldn't make sense because there's no decent D B saga team. and to beat the huge hype that was the D B saga anniversary, the best options would be gt or broly to sell and make teams and seasons that work with the card

While I do think it would be fun to get DB Saga Celebration, I'm not sure if it is good enough to hold a big celebration such as Worldwide. I also read theories about it being Saiyan Saga, but that isn't that much better than DB Saga. But, it is better and would coincide with them doing a pre-celebration EZA of LR Goku/Piccolo.
Here's my theory. I think its gonna be Saiyan Saga (Kaioken vs. Galick Gun), and then we're gonna later find out that's its not just that but a Goku vs. Vegeta theme, which leads to part 2 being SSJ2 Goku vs. Majin Vegeta because INT SSJ2 Goku, TEQ MV, and LR #1 Vegeta are quite literally the oldest units to not EZA yet other than TEQ LR Broly
DB wouldn't be hype for me but I'd just be glad that it got buffs My only problem is that whenever they buff this category. It's always world tournament units who nobody cares about like they're always bad anywa they would have to do a lot to make dB saga good.

They could make it the WW domination celebration, part 1 dkp and kid goku, part 2 frieza and ssj goku would be huge boost to agl dfe frieza team and would explain why there have been no buffs to him

What decepticonjusticedivision9 said is true. JP players love OG DB, but worldwide it's not as loved cuz people are more addicted to fusions and transformations. Would be interesting if an OG DB WWC is what pushes JP to hit TG on both IOS and Android meanwhile Global players barely hit it in one of the stores.
@@powerjolt7215it'd be such a massive flop of a wwdc. The JP yen is nearly at an all time low in terms of value so if they don't make much money from low sales on global side, it might just be one of the worst celebrations from a revenue standpoint.
disagree with the take truth, its about the strength of the banner themselves and the unit, the fusions are usually just major banners which is kind of part of the issue. cell max is super busted but they put him on the most god awful banner which is never the case in the latter. dkp/majr could carry any celebration if they actually cared enough
omega was released 1 year ago, brought a new category that doesn't have a full team, urgently needs buffs with ezas and 2 lr cards. If Broly comes, the best option would be a second film with an SSJ2 Gohan since this Gohan only has useless and old cards in the game

Movie 8 Broly has green hair. I think movie 10 Broly has regular golden SS hair. Plus movie 8 Broly is the one in desperate need of an LR. Movie 10 movie already has 2. Besides a King Piccolo LR seems more like a Part 2 unit than a Part 1. Besides DragonBall has basically no premium units to EZA.

I would prefer it to be Broly, but as long as the kits are busted I am satisfied with anything. They just need to make them stupidly good. At least Beast level. The fights get more and more ridiculous and they will just get more and more difficult. They can't hold back this year.

tbh I don't think wwc this year can make money that much. No matter what theme it is. Many people seem want to skip this wwc and wait for 10th anniversary. If the theme is broly, saiyan saga, or db saga. I think it still can't make money that much anyway.
