V Rising 1.0 - Tips To Build The Perfect Base | Full PVP Castle Walkthrough 

I will never not be jealous of people who actually have friends to play this game. As a solo player im always amazed at what a team of 4 can actually make.

Main issue is you can use frog to skip a lot of the maze built surprised not many people mentioned that, if the gap is small enough wolf form could even do it.

And here i was proud of my 1 dracula armor set, these guys event got their servants rocking end game armor.

I haven't done pvp yet in this but I was pretty good in setting castle traps back in 2022. Did similar things, but are Undead priests out of the game? With the summons by themselves they could lag most systems and prevent people reacting! I still remember letting a duo challenge my base and watching as they were coming back running away from the hordes of banshees and skellys they broke into!

awesome castle and setup! but also soo funny, how as soon as u bragged about the shadow from roof, and sun setup, at ur front gat.. the sun came out. and showed, ..shadows outside always depend on the time..lol.

How do you the rood tiles on the first floor to be flat? Also, not have the pillars from the below floor cause larger pillars on the floor above when you have no wall there. For example, when you're showing the sun trap on the first floor, the "railings" have levelled off pillars in most places (so they block less sun). And the roof tiles are flat?

Kudos for you for trying to decorate your base even if people use honeycomb meta constantly, your castle looks pretty! If you ever get raided, will you show us some defending gameplays aswell? :D

Should slap down some alchemy floors in your summoning circle rooms to save on greater shards Also interesting, I didn't know you could get stuff like succubi as servants or prisoners, figured they weren't "human" enough for "dominate human" to work On the 2nd castle entrance, can't you build a single-wide staircase (or two) on the terrain slope to add a rail in the middle and prevent the golem from firing the line attack up? I dunno if that works, that's just a random thought I had

excellent walkthrough, tips, knowledge! hope the game gets more castle type DLCs like a frost type of castle, underground for example. something you see out of a japanese anime show. for example the show; overlord

Will the Blood Witch despawn at some point? Or can you summon it at a chokepoint the enemies need to go through and just let it sit there until you get raided? On that same not how about Mutant defences? Put unimportant prisoners in and around a chokepoint and feed them a bunch of gruel until they transform and then just move the prison out of the room. It's a bit finicky because you can't stack a bunch of them in a room. But 3-4 should be enough to slow the attackers down and maybe kill one or two or even the golem if they aren't careful.

Awesome tour, nice to see the stats around the build. Can you lead the golems up multiple stairs to begin with or will they always find a way to the first floor and go for the heart? Asking as a new player of v-rising. Thanks again! :D Great video

question is raiding in this game expensive? The base of the question , is it easy to offline someone or would it take long enough for you to come online like ark with turrets

It didn't occur to me to use the summoning circle. I may have to redesign my base...

I just want to point out that the blood witch no longer turns the golem into a pig as of hot fix #5 :)

Genuine question - since stairs are indestructible, could you not just block one entrance with stairs?

i dont have a pc but if i do get one and vrising i would family share it with my friends that dont have it and who wanna play it with me on my own server that is hosted on a alt account

Training dummies also can tank shots from golems ans players put them near walls you want to be tankier and save them some damage

I just got raided. 2 golems killed all my servants and me... couldn't do any damage too them. They busted through my graveyard, alchemy lab, 5 servants (limit on server). Made me quit as if i lost due to messing up fine... but indestructible goelsm? not so much.

Im so glad that castle design is relying less on honeycomb. While I understand its purpose its ugly and costly to install. I am curious how some enemies work as servants and if they are worth it? Some of the ranged enemies, like the rail gunners and flame thrower guys in gloom rot might be interesting if you can give them a good vantage point. Im sure the idea of flooding hallways with fire has some merit.

question, why did you make all blood merlots instead normal blood potions? there is no benefit over them? or you just did bcos you have the spare the resource anyways?

I am relatively new to the PVE genre. Are there any games that are the same or very similar to V Rising? I absolutely love this game, but unfortunately, I am almost done with my single-player run.

how does he have 8 servants? I can only build 5 coffins and my castle is at level 5

do you actually get raided? we are on a pvp server but no raiding, and no one pvps people are nice and mostly help each other which is cool but were thinking about rolling again on a raid allowed server and wondering if people actually pvp and raid actively

Well sir, your first base you show is not the furthest but pretty far from being a perfect base. It is easily breachable, your servants are literally no use, might as well not put them in your castle. The entrance at the very far is kinda good but the side entrance is unbelievably bad. Golem's range attack is 4,5 tiles. You can't hit golem if it decides to range attack. But this is not the problem. Problem is you have no spot to go there and defend the entrance. You only have 1 door in front of the spot that you can go out and fight normally, side places for skill spam will only increase the amount of golem it takes to breach. You having banshees there will %60 of the time won't help too much since they are pffensive to you as well. Banshees are not a defensive tool to defend your castle instead of you. 30 banshees won't deal more damage than 4 of you do. Once it's under breach, servants start to lose health by time passes. Your servants will be left with %70-80 of their max health if you can manage to hold people off a bit after breach. There won't be even need for a second explosive to bomb the servants. Your staircase at the minute <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="480">8:00</a> can be walked from left side by breaking the walls to the left of it so actuallty, people don't necessarily have to go through your banshees. Yes you can open them but I'm just correcting this. Please make a proper entrance at right side of the base and move servants at the entrance. Because right now, a team with 1 player with surge and 1 player with curtain will easily raid you by making the golem go up, you cant throw projectiles since there are curtain, you can't go out from door since there is only 1 door and golem is blocking it. You can't even properly spam skills from side doors if your enemy have 1-2 death knight users which if they do know how to play, they will

If you want your servants to die until the opponent reaches the top floor, you can make a base like this

This is bad advice. After the banshee and rat room you should be honeycombing the entire ground floor with doors that you can open and close to attack the enemy golem.

And all of this building gets wiped again in a few months 😢

It's over when your base gets keyed. Especially when you are on an official server with no rules and you get teamed.

Joined a 14/40 people server and not even one place was free....
