Fresh body off frame, every nut and bolt restoration. Awesome list of features on this real SS from Georgia. They did a great job, it functions as great as it looks.
Better then new, they never looked this good in 66! The paint is slick as oil on ice. Deep, clear coat finish is polished like glass. It even feels slick. Body is arrow straight. Literally every piece of chrome, emblem, stainless trim is new. The chrome vent window frames are new. New from carpet to headliner. Seats have new cushions so the new upholstery fits tight. Console is new, clock is ticking, Hurst shifter clicks effortlessly through the gears. The dash area is all new. A 375 hp 396 motor, air conditioning, power steering and brakes are beautifully displayed under the hood. Has GM aluminum square port intake with dual feed Holley carb. Up front the motor is decked out with billet brackets and serpentine pulleys. The bottom looks as nice as the top. The floors are incredibly clean metal and are painted body color with a clear coat glossy finish. The chassis is smooth metal, not pitted and has a semi gloss black finish. Up front the steering and suspension is completely new.

Exactly, Cragar SS Wheels with the older sizing tires 70X14's or the factory set-up rims. Either one would be a winner. Had both a '66 and '67 Chevelle. The '66 was Marina Blue with a black vinyl bench seat. Swapped out the bench for a set of '65 Buick Wildcat buckets (from the junk yard) in excellent shape. Pattern didn't match but O.K. Was a standard 283 c.i. with a power glide trans. We replaced the 2 barrel with an Edelbrok high rise and a Holley 450 cfm. Replaced the single exhaust with dual set-up. If you knew anything about cars you could do the manifold and carburetor yourself. Adjust the jets if you wanted a richer to leaner fuel/air mixture. Loosen the distributor nut and adjust timing with a timing light. Linkage was easy too . Depress the gas pedal until you were about 1/2" from the floor to set the Secondares. (Make adjustments as needed after a drive.) Dual exhaust. Just buy what you need from a local speed shop, everything from the donuts back. Buy the mufflers (2) clamps (4) and the pipe clamps and straps. When we were done, that 195 hp jumped to around 250. Was drafted and sold the car. Bad move. Was a lot more fun to drive. Didn't do anything to the '67. Same engine and trans., also Marina Blue with blue cloth interior. Was married then and could not afford to add refinements. Cars were so much easier to work on.

Beautiful car, but even if it were the nicest one on the planet, it wouldn't matter. When the first glance at the front end shows huge flaws in paint combos....... How much of the rest is done incorrectly if the builder was too lazy to research the "SS" paint options? Not trying to poo poo on the car. It is stunning, but for big money, the paint should be right.

My daughter is going back to school. We had one 4:42 when my husband returned from Viet Nam. It was a safe car for us and if you are willing to sell . I think she would enjoy it like we did. In fact as we were leaving Cheyenne, returning to move to Denver, on the way out, a young man reversed up his Corvette, put his head to my husband who was driving and because my young son was asleep in the back seat, I said No!, he kept going, and ended up rolling into a fence turning the fence against his car. We stopped to give a blanket, pulled him out and because there were other folks running to help him, we left. I hope he was okay. Anyhow. we still reside in Denver and am looking to know if you are going to keep the car or sell it so my daughter can go to school. Please let me know. I will in the meantime “look for other vehicles we can purchase for her,
