V8 BA Falcon ute build part 2. The Tray build

In this video we get stuck into the tray build on our 2004 BA Ford Falcon 5.4L V8 ute. The tray is all steel and for a perfect fit and finish we had the main frame laser cut by the good people at Metalmorphic Laser, where they use a 3 axis laser to perfectly cut each join.
it's then prepared and Raptor coated.

Yeah putting fish in ya Kettle is probably not a good idea ha ha! We re-sprayed my VL in my shed (Before I lined the walls & Ceiling) but it's only 6 x 9 Metres. Cheers for checking it our. This one is done and gone but I have the same dilemma with painting the f100 so I will see how I go. I have a new spray gun so all the gear and no idea 🤣👍

Thank you enjoyed your style and content. I am sure there will be some good youtube instruction videos. spray painting is not hard thin coats and if you bugger it up just sand and spray again, practice on an old car bonnet.

looks like the rear suspension could do with some new spring eye bushes.

Thats was a second hand set of lowered springs I tried out. They were way to low for me. It ended up with a set of 2 inch lowered springs with rubbers and mid saddle u bolt rubbers. I really wanted it to still be able to tow and carry a load.

What rims were they I'm thinking about ordering drag pro rims. They are deep dish like these but black but I do like the Chrome what are they.?

Hi, They are OS Formula rims. The rear is 15x10 and the front are 17x6
