Cheap Copyrouter for amateur use.
I made this thing with my dad using mainly scrapmetal and various other parts which were lying on the workshop.
Had to buy few things like the router itself (~30€) bit (~30~€) and boarder switches (~10€)
I have now made about 100 Titaani lures with it and it works fine for small usage.
Allthough some improvements has to be made for the dust suction system

Unfortunately i have no plans or technical drawings from this one :/ Few tips: I would use a 3-4 bladed cutter. This one is 2 bladed and it seems that its a bit too slow on cutting. Also I have planned to try to turn that cutter more upwards so it would cut more cradually instead of hitting the whole blade tip at once to the straight section of wood. This seems to be destroying some of the woodblocks...

That's AWESOME! We're in the middle of setting up our pantograph to make some lures but your set-up is way better. Do you have the plans for your machine if not do you have any advice or tips much appreciated.

Onko toi koko jyrsinkelkan paino kopioitavan ja jyrsittävän päällä vai joku kevennys jossain? :)

Juu on koko paino tuossa "kopioivassa" osassa eli mallinteen päällä. Nyt kun mainitsit asiasta niin voisi kyllä olla hyvä jonkinlainen vastapainokevennys takapuolella! :)

+Henry Hurskainen Moi Henry! Mallinne on tehty ihan apassista jonka keskelle upotettu 4mm terästanko. Sen jälkeen kittailtu umpeen ja päällystetty valkoisella propionaatilla jonka päällä muistaakseni 4-5 kerrosta cab hard lakkaa.

+Henry Hurskainen Aika hyvin kestää tuo hardi kulutusta. Tuohon keraamiseen laahaimeen kun vielä laittaa vähän wd-40:stä niin luistaa. Ja sit jos kulahtaa niin helppo dipata lakkapönttöön ja taas on uus pinta :)
