Dad idk if u noticed but that portion where he pushes the dishes away in the restaurant and then that seq till he gets out of the restaurant is a single shot no cuts!!! And yaa his eyes are realy expressive!!! Oscar worthy acting u said it 🙏 there are many ppl who still criticise him for his height!! What happened before taking such scenes, Surya don't want to show this to fans as many of younger lead to such wrong decision due to director and movie lead he did this song and such scene and me and some of my mumbaikars able to feel that pain when we are at the theater to see this song and movie. you won't believe that after this movie ends the whole theater wants this song play again only for Surya. I m so proud have say that he is perfect human being and complete actor by nature and still unidentified by Tamil cinema.

Something interesting that I just learnt when Gautham Menon came to Singapore for a show last month. This movie is based on his life. He wrote the script as he was flying back home for his dad's funeral and tried to record down as many memories as he could. They tried to make Suriya look like his dad (for the father role). The parents love story was based on his parents'. The sister role was based on his two sisters and in real life he married his sister's friend 2 years after she proposed to him at a bus stop :) He was very particular about how this song should turn out and even showed Harris Jayaraj and Suriya the dance moves.
