VACATION: AIRBNB tour, lake, Dollar Tree, Road Scenery

My friend told me that with front load washers you need to clean the rubber seals. That is where the mold grows and the smell comes from. The air B&B owners may not know that. I have a regular top load propeller washing machine old fashioned style more dials and less computer. The top load impeller style breaks to easily. I had 2 of them.

I'm so glad you were able to getaway and have a vacay! Your Airbnb was beautiful!! Both my oldest daughter's are in the process of opening their own Airbnbs! One in PEI and the other in BC! Opposite sides of the country! lol! Too bad about the lakes, but I feel the same way. I don't like crowds and crowded places. I'd rather be at my house in the woods than on a crowded beach anywhere.

I watched your video about the 10 reasons vanlife may not be for you.. (you have comments turned off, so I am commenting here). At first I was astounded that you would do it, because it seemed a bit fake to put yourself out there, then realized you are very RIGHT about it all. I tried putting a bed in my suv to 'try it out' and realized really quickly that it was not going to work. I cannot get in and out easily. There is no room for things at all. I thought about a van, but that would be crawling around on my knees and I don't want to do that. And a van that you can stand up in is very expensive. Sorry didn't watch past the crawling around part... I don't like to watch something I cannot be interactive with or see others comments.
