Love seeing the boardwalk this time of year! You guys should ride around Pirateland and show us what it looks like in January. We only get to be there 2 weeks in June every year. Great video!

well might walk over and get some of those myrtle beach fries across from the skywheel. tee shirt prices are good. buy one get 2 free i saw beside the gay dolphin cant beat that. be sure to get a couple sizes large they always shrink lol. cold and windy here to in spartanburg. amazes me people are still wearing shorts. is that some beach tuffness thing or what! thanks for the video. i enjoy them all. maybe you need 3 tee shirts to stay warm. Larry

Yes. It was way too cold for us. We almost didn't shoot the video. But we said, it may be colder next time, so let's just knock it out real fast. Lol. Can't wait till it warms up a bit.

How much is it in summer to rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach?

Not sure. I think it's around $20 - $40 and it depends on which beach. We'll try to check this summer and put it out there. Thanks for the great question.

You can only park for free if you have handicap or veterans sticker or plates

In my opinion, the whole 365 day metered parking is a terrible idea. I am lucky enough to live downtown and it is empty past new year until spring break. They should have shifted the free parking to Jan 1 - Mar 1st. I know there are likely people parking due to no other option. The only thing this does is drive people into private property, and confuse visitors. We are only half busy 2 days a week, Friday and Saturday. I can see empty paid lots and no one in city parallel parking from my place. There is no reason to crack down on this. If I worked near town, I would be disgruntled to not be able to walk on the beach at lunch or take it easy for a couple hours. Terrible execution...
