Agni Sharman might be in Chennai its good but in Bangalore they are giving disgusting services ..... i purchase some product and the agent came to my place and took 2000 more., when i am talking to him to ureter that they are still not returning my money ,,, and about the bill they said they will send by courier but till now there is no bill. I purchased the aquaguard in may month and till now the things are pending.. Disgusting service of Eureka.. dont purchase any product from them They are cheater and not satisfying their customer

could you please guide me as to how to refix this Euroclean WD vaccum cleaner after using it for wet cleaning as I am not able to know where to fix the rubber washer back when i will use it for dry cleaning.

20 years ago I bought their first product Euroclean2000. We rarely used it, but it functioned for few years and then motor burnt out. I still have it, but its falling apart now. I bought their Nano trendy model last year. Their product might be ok if you are lucky, but their customer service is horrible at their very best. Eureka puts all money on sales only and service suffers. I asked them to get me some accessories for which they asked for 10days time. Its been about an year and still no response. One guy called me few months ago (on a sunday) for "feedback and customer satisfaction". I told his all the above stuff to which he said he'll take up the issue and callback the next day. As you can guess, the day never came.
My experience with the company was quite unpleasant. Although we rarely used the vaccum cleaner we purchased due to its cumbersomeness(noisy too), it was still useful for the once in a while thorough cleaning jobs. Due to some grating noise coming when swtching off, we tried to avail of the so called life-time free service. we were told that the motor would need to be changed . Despite the huge expense, we decided to change it. Later it was a couple of months later when we had the opportunity to use it - it did not work. The company was giving service through a Franchisee, who charged us once again for changing the cord. That did not work too. Going from Pillar to Post - through even the Senior people in the Service Dept. was to no avail. They claimed that the motor warranty was 6 months and since we did not use it for that period to notice the fault they were not responsible. In the meanwhile Sales people pretended to come to check the machine and attempted to sell a new machine. By then the service Franchisee had shut down, and once on an impulse I took the machine to the company Service center, I learnt that the Franchisee had put a wrong motor of a different model. They asked me to produce the bill for the motor. It was difficult to find it since the matter was over 2 years old. When eventually I gave them the bill, they hedged around claiming their Senior people were reviewing my case and finally the verdict was that my matter was too old - I should have brought the matter to their attention faster. The company focus is so much on sales that once when I tried to find how to use the car wash attachment on the net - I could not find any info. There is lots of information about a single gram of dust containing 18000 mites. Recently I tried finding information about how to operate(how it works) their new personal purifier on their own website. Surprise! there is none! Even a pdf leaflet downloaded extolled virtues of a impressive sounding nano technology - but nothing about how it works before you buy it.

Demonstration is so nice Sundar Sir. Thanks a lot for such a nice demo. But the product is so bad that the suction capacity is very less. With the same effort as Sundar has done the broom and a mop will do better extract dust and water! But I like Sundar's presentation.
Kindly show the changing from blower to sucking mode.How to detach the hose?even the instructions in your palmphlet is not clear.The picture also not clear.
People trust me and don't buy this product. I am using it from past one year and within warranty itself its motor got damaged several times. Even if you use it just for few minutes motor gets burned out. Motor costs 3000/- Rs. Though it is made for wet cleaning purpose still the all the screw gets rusted. Ultimately service department will blame on you for that you are mishandling the product, even for the screw rust they blame you. Don't invest your money in this useless product.

The vacuum cleaner is good but cleaning the machine after usage is a very big task. The dust does not collect in the dust bag given, but out side it. The dust collects into the Drum and not into the bag, its so hard cleaning the dust collected. The wet mode is also tricky. Need to be careful of the water level if its full if dont realize then the water will shoot out of the blower pipe like a fountain. That happened to me once muddy water over my ceiling and everywhere. The machine is very noisy too. I would not recommend this to anyone. Not worth the money.
Exactly, they fool you during demonstration by using a cloth to the pipe instead of showing you where actually the dust gets collected. You think that the dust gets collected in the bag. But when you use it you understand that dust gets collected on the bag. And cleaning it itself is a horrible task. They cheat us with this kind of demonstration. Our machine has been lying dead since 5 years. Never wasted 15k on something so bad.
Dear Mr Sundar I bought the eureka Forbes Wet and dry from VIVEKS tambaram in May 2011 . But there was no demo and till today we have not used . As I am not in the country , Is it possible for you to give a demo here in Tambaram If so will provide you the details
