I can’t connect mine to the app I do everything you do but when I connected to the vacuum network and go back to the app at the end of the loading says that there was a problem 😢😢
Have you tried resetting the machine? Also remember this only works on the 2.4Ghz. You may have to split your router bands. If you put your router model in Google I'm sure you'll find a how to video.
Hey, I just purchased one and it won't start adding the following error message: Check if Cliff Sensors are sheltered. They clearly are. What am I supposed to do? Any idea with that?
