I do plastic models. But ive come across these and i always think... wtf.. who can make these look realistic at all lol but now i see. U just have to have insanely good skills lol
Thanks for this. I have made a number of vacforms over the years and I like them. With care and some bulkheads in the fuselage and support in the wings, they can be quite sturdy. I like biplanes and the thinner wings really work well in vacform.
Thanks for sharing. I've found that tracing the part with a drafting pen leaves a black line at the base of the part. After cutting it out, the line makes a good mark for how much to sand off and keeps the parts even.
