Well, here we go I just agreed to a bid on one of these and it should arrive in the next couple weeks. I am going to put this thing to the test ASAP with fish, fish, and more fish. Stand by for my review, I have my fingers crossed!
@deathcar So far so good, I have been using this vac for about 4 months now on fish only and everything's works as advertised. I have a cooler full of Halibut waiting for me to vacuum so of course I'm wasting my time on youtube but I will stand by this product, it's far and above any of the store bought food packers.
@seraphimcarrabulone Thank you. We will tell him you said so. There is one good thing about staying in an industry after so many years one can see what will work or not work and the wheel does not have to be reinvented.
@kayliekellyusvr There are very few units that can seal a wet bag like the Vacupack Elite. The upgrades done at PMG and the already excellent manufacturing from Italy make this unit a complete home unit with high production and longevity, the top quality factored into the unit, and 2 year full warranty gives this unit unbeatable features for it's price.
@claudiabrowneps LOL No the Foodsavers of today are pretty lame. To bad for the unsuspecting retail customers so many are getting burned by such a bad product and it's huge advertising. Oh well glad you found this one it will treat you right.
@clementtimoteusz When one spends $50.00 for a unit it is expected to need some help. But when a unit cost $200.00 or more it should have some ability to seal wet bags. At $300.00 to $600.00 there is no excuse for it to not be able to handle wet items with out damaging the unit. There is really no good excuse to put paper towel in a bag with a unit costing several hundred dollars. Our competitors products that can not seal wet bags, just keep pushing paper towels, like it is normal use. Not so
