I own several Housekeepers which I love and they’re in amazing shape. I Lubricate the plastic axles for the wheels and the Lamb motors will just hum along! Very nice video and very nice Housekeeper!
A very mint example. Theses are getting harder to find each year goes and not in the very best shape. I only saw one back 11 years ago and haven't seen one since, which is why I'm actively trying to find everyone I could get my hands on.
God that brings back memories. My nana use to have one of those for a brief period of time. She was not a fan and it was short lived. Wished I had that one now. By the way Karl, I just got a 1973 Lewitt electric broom. We are currently working on it and getting it all ready for use (maybe).
Those looked like decent vacuums, but MAN, were they poorly made, and a lot of them really didn't last that long before the plastic got super brittle, and parts broke off too easily. Quality wise, they were almost about worse than Dirt Devil (I mean, just look at it the wrong way, and a piece would break off), but at least that one is in great shape.
