Boiled potatoes 3large Green coriander 2_3tb sp chopped Salt 1/4tsp Haldi pinch Red chilli powder 1/4tsp Mustard seed1/4 tsp Zeera 1/4 tsp Curry pata 8_10 Lemon juice 1tsp Green chilli 1 Besan 1cup Red chilli powder 1/4tsp Baking soda 1 pinch Salt 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder pinch Rice flour 2tb sp Water and oil to fry Batter should be flowing consistency

mam i am working qatar middle east but i am from mumbai-Bandra. now ramzaan is goingon main kuch pakistan ke logon ke saath kaam karta hun yahan par. mere pakistan friends ke demand thi ke main wadapav banakar khilaun roja kholte samay shaam ko mujhe wada pav receipe ki talash thi maine aapka video dekha aur main kal shaam ko sabke liye wadapav banane wala hun.aapki madat se pardes mein apne des ka khana bana paunga thank mam. waise yahan par ek restaurant MUMBAI CHOWPATY magar wahan ka vadapav mumbai ki yaad nahi dilata hai....
Add hot oil in besan batter to make it crisp.and do not add baking soda and haldi both in the batter,soda will make haldi in red colour by making chemical reaction with haldi
