This video applies to any saber shipped after August of 2019 with the new Crystal Focus 10 or CFX soundboard and our new chassis system.

I just got a Maelstrom Elite in the mail today, was having trouble removing the chassis until I found this video. Unscrewing stuff is so much easier and feels less sketchy than pulling the chassis with wires out, so thanks for the change and the instructional video! Oh and by the way, when I ordered the saber back in February or something the predicted delivery time was mid July, so you were bang on time! Seriously well done in keeping up with orders despite coronavirus!

Got my Vanquish Elite and could not be happier. The hilt is beautiful, the sound is LOUD and crisp, and the effects are to die for. Definitely going to buy from the Vault again someday, hopefully soon.

This video is very helpful. I just got my saber from you guys about a month ago, and I wasn't sure how to use it. And yes I am a noob to sabers lol. However I found the information on your guys's website and that helped me out a lot. I am very happy with my saber I love showing it to my friends they get a kick out of it. Keep up the great work guys and I'll probably be buying another saber soon

Hi VadersVault, i recently found your shop's website and your sabers just seems looking amazing but when i want order some there so many option and i don't know what option really do to the saber. For example i look for the REV-N™ Standard and i asking myself what "Wheathering" really do to the saber or "Covertec Wheel". And i asume "Plecter Piuxel Blade" are actually the Neopixel system right ?

A covertec wheel is the part that attached to a covertec belt clip weathering is gonna make your saber look “older” or more “used” such as adding scuffs or scrapes that look aesthetically pleasing rather than just scrapping the hilt with sand paper or something. I have The Light (Ben solos hilt) and they added weathering and heat blueing (makes it look like the saber “burned” the emitter). And yes the Plecter pixel is neopixel, it’s just Plecter labs name for it. Other saber companies will do the same and rename it. If it says “pixel” somewhere in there, that’s how you’ll know. Let me know if you have other questions on all the options. Not a VV rep or anything, just an enthusiast in the hobby!

I'm building two Battle Wrapped Havocs on your site. I will be dual wielding but also using them as a staff with coupler. I'm unsure if I should covertech or d-ring. When I staff them I don't want the covertech or d-ring in the way. What do you recommend?

Can be as low as 100 as high as 500ish. Just depends on the saber and the demand.

The USB on the back of the saber is USB-C correct?

Yes, you need a USB-A to USB-C cable, it cannot use USB-C to USB-C. This is covered in the instructions.

When I tip it downward and it touches the floor, it's not doing the tip drag effect and sound. It's like its not recognising it's even touching something. Could someone please help me out with this and tell me whats going on
