To celebrate Valentine’s day 2024 we present this gorgeous reworking from Canada’s Alucard of the beautiful ‘Heart Connected’ by Vadim Zhukov and sung by the inimitable Megan Sampson. This song is a firm fan-favourite of label boss Solarstone which as even spawned its own range of T-Shirts! Alucard’s ‘put my feelings into a song’ approach most certainly wears its heart on its sleeve. This delicate production opens with warm, expressive & embracing pads and a precise ‘I Love You’ statement. We get smooth, rolling breaks and a whole world of atmosphere from Alucard’s wall of synths, while Megans heartfelt vocal delivers her pointed message. Just brilliant.
