Wonderful to see vadodara... Ringda no oro n bajra no rotlo... is a v v famous farm food, n not to b missed kind of a food variety specially during winters... shrikhand, is a must during summers... "handvo"... can b made wth vegetables... n is yummmm.... buttermilk is compulsory... the peanut n chilli chutney is the v famous, govardhan bhai ni chatni, which people stock for over a month... oh yesss... khichu is a preferred evening snack served steaming hot wth 'sing tel'... Baroda.. offers the best bhakarvadi n lillo chevdo in the whole of Gujarat... At last.. a soda shop selling multiple flavors of soda is a sight here... which people love to cherish at their days end... cheers... મજા આવી ગઈ...
Ha kuyki maine sunna hai Gujarat me khana ek no milta hai bahut sari varieties rahti hai but inke video's me jo bhi foods dikhaya gya hai sab average sa laga and out of 10 they all got 6 or 7
You have missed the most authentic food of baroda- called "Sev usal" i can't figure out why this lady has not mentioned about Sev usal when she herself introduced as a barodian..😵😵
Why a Bengali guiding you in Vadodara.. Don't you have Gujrati friend here... There are many more places like ratri bazar, shashu ma and others which should be covered. She should show you the Bengali food center also, which are femous here for nonveg foods...
Many of the places visited, they are not the best, there were better places.... i guess those were that lady's favorite places. Not sure why in last trip also raju omlet and manshanti handvo were present and this time also!
Anubhav why is it always that you only buy one dish when you are two? It is rude. Many a times you don't even have the courtesy to offer food to your companion
Its not authentic handwaa, the real one takes 30 minutes to cook over heat in a special Haandwaa cooker. This is instant maggi like handwoo, not authentic. Villages make real handwoo. Its not chilla. Real handwoo is 3-4 inches thick cake like texture.
Frankly speaking d lady doesn't know difference btwn d two major Thalis from Gujarat state, saurastra was and is area growing variety of vegetables bcz of water scarcity earlier, pearl millet bajara is main , hvng all kinds of milk based varieties in desserts where as central gujarat cousin is very similar to rajsthan being semi arid , trade centric society hvng more pulses based , dry dishes less vegetables, less or almost without milk based desserts , maize makka is main as bread. Here what they consumed is mixed of both and hence Gujarati Thali and not kathiyawadi one.

So stupid places u went 🤦 Raju omlet... People of Vadodara eat Eggs more at Loris.. that's street food.. this all are so called close to porche food.. only alka Puri was Street food
