I had the glans and distal body of my clitoris denervated in a clitoral hood reduction. How do you avoid injury to the dorsal nerves during a clitoral hood reduction? Also, were you ever formally trained to do these? Plastic surgeons are typically not trained to do labiaplasties during residency.
On and off I always thought about getting this procedure. However I've heard that once you get this procedure done, you will not feel the sex or sexual arousal. Is this true?
thats not true, im looking into this procedure and from the info ive gathered its rare for you to lose any sensitivity, it really depends on you surgeon and how skilled they are

I did. My doctor completely removed my labia minora and cut the nerves of my clitoris. I can’t even feel cunnilingus anymore. Neither plastic surgeons nor OB/GYNs are trained to do these during residency. They act like they know what they are doing but the course of the dorsal nerves, which are put at risk in clitoral hood reductions, has NEVER been mentioned in peer reviewed literature on techniques.

most get it because long labias can rub against clothes and be extremely uncomfortable, friction burns on genitals aren't the nicest things in the world, labiaplasty gets rid of them xD

talleyrand Some men do care; I read of a guy who said big ones were distracting. There was also a photo contest by a sex toy company that sought photos from around the world from women vying for prettiest vulva, and there were about a hundred or so photos, and I noticed that the several that were rated at the top looked like camel toes, whereas the ones who had the lowest average score had big messy lips. Votes on a scale of 1-10 were used to determine the best looking one.
