Breathing meditation for headphones. Follow the music with your breath. Close your eyes and feel the air flow in through your nose. Down to your navel and feel your stomach rise while the chest is still. Let the air leave throughout your mouth. It's ok to give your stomack a little push to get it all out.
It's not about breathing more, but slowing the pace. "Vagus Nerve Breathing" is 5 seconds of breathing in and 5 seconds of breathing out for 10 minutes.
Ideally, you should do this exercise twice a day for a week.
