Hello, I've been staying in a lovely spot and thought I'd record a restorative practice focused on creating an easeful feeling with joint rotations. In the yoga tradition, these movements are referred to as Pawanmuktasana--roughly translated as wind removing postures. These postures are considered beneficial for the joints of the body that can become sore or inflamed. Through rotational movements you stimulate blood flow, lymph, and synovial fluid systematically creating a felt sense of peace throughout your body.

I love all your classes! But this one has a special place in my 💙! I’ve had long covid for three years and it’s a rare day that I can manage any standing poses, and if I do, I usually pay for it later. I found your chanel in January of 2023 and I’ve been working my way backwards through all your offerings online (and forward as the new ones come out!). I usually have to modify considerably or switch to yin poses during the standing portion of your classes, but this class is perfect. If you were ever to make something else similar, I would love it to be longer like your regular classes - with poetry!! 🙃and I could manage some supported side plank style movements, as well as very minimal core activation. That’s a lot of requests! If you don’t get around to making a class like that, I will continue to enjoy everything else you post! Thank you for offering your light to the world. 💙 jess
