This discipline has been called internationally since 1989 SPORTS DANCE YOGA, it differs from Artistic Sports Yoga because in the latter you cannot walk only perform hooked postures. On the other hand, it is not yogasana sports, because yogasana has no movement, it is static, this was the case 35 years ago when the international regulations for sports yoga were made. Sports yoga does not have yogasanas because it is dynamic and at the same time it does not have static yogasanas but samhanda yoga.
