The word that you think is 'City' is actually siddhi (supernatural power) and this may be Tibetan Buddhism's most powerful mantra. There are two "Hum's ( pronounced 'Hung' by most Lamas) in the mantra which adds strongly to its power. To get the powers from this mantra one must receive it by transmission from a high Lama.

I invoke you, Guru Rinpoche Padmasambhaval By your blessing. May you grant us mundane (health, wealth, succes) and supreme (enlightenment, liberation) realisation. (Miten/DP/Sachs) I found this and many other mantras on Rainbowsongs.org. All with lyrics, I recommend this site.

I have this on AC and can listen to it a lot longer...it helps to clear the Aura.....popping sounds may be heard as strange "energy/entities" are removed from my Auric field. Love this so much!
