I really thought some time down the line that val and zendaya would have something. They seemed like each others soulmates and zendaya was apart of val. I hope there’s a part of them that will always have each others heart

Based on this interview it's obvious that he's settling. "She loves me so why not". She's always been obsessed with him, even after he hid her and dumped her for Janel Parrish and Amber Rose. Girl has no self respect
1) Him and Janel were never together, she had a bf at the beginning of their season. 2) Him and Jenna broke up before he met Amber. 3) She's talked about being depressed/insecure for a long time and there has been a huge transformation for her in the last 2/3 years. The state of their relationship has changed due to a difference in the way she sees herself, which is obviously more positive now. They could have stayed broken up if he didn't want this, but he pursued her and obviously wanted her back and she's been able to grow as an individual. They have both grown as people and are in a happy place now. Instead of trying to bring them back to a negative space that they have clearly already worked through, you could congratulate them or just not say anything.
cece armoh I didn't say Janel and Val dated but it's a fact that he dumped her so he could do a showmance with Janel. The fact that he started sleeping with Amber weeks after he broke up with Jenna AND went public with her right when they decided to go from fuck buddies to a relationship was EMBARRASSING to Jenna cause he always hid her. She wrote a blog about their relationship being toxic and one sided and how it was bad for her. Shai is born and boom, suddenly Val feels the need to settle down. Why Jenna? Because she is OBSESSED with him, she would always come back to him no matter what even after all that self love and strong woman bs she wanted to preach about. Just look at this interview. When they asked them if they loved each other from the moment they met, she said yes and he didn't answer but started talking about how she loves him. He knows she loves him so he took the easy way. "She loves me so why not". But he will get bored just like he did every time he was with her.
Romana Szaboova they didn't date until season 20 which was after Janel's season. And I'm not sure what type of "hiding" he was doing since pretty much everyone knew they were together at that point and they are not obligated to tell us about their relationship. Now I'm not saying that they are perfect or they didn't have their issues because obviously they did and she felt the need to write a blog about it. What I am saying is that Val is a grown ass man and has always made his own decisions and has moved at his own pace. He tried the showmance with Janel because he wanted to. He dated Amber because he wanted to and he got back with Jenna because he wanted to, period. He wasn't gonna invest in her if he actually didn't see a future with her and a Shai 2.0 is not a good enough reason to ask somebody to marry you so there's obviously more there. No it wasn't love at first sight for him, and that's fine (honestly it probably wasn't love at first for her either just lust). But for him to come back and want to make it work shows that he values this relationship and her. He had to make a lot of wrongs right and a man only does that for a woman that he loves.

Not flattering at all. Maybe I'll ended up with cats, but raher that than a guy who dumps you to wh-re around and then returns when he's ready to settle. Just no.

No, Val only dated Amber during the time he & Jenna were no longer together, & she was not his dance partner, she was paired up with his brother. Val’s never actually been with any of his partners, people just routinely insist they see chemistry with so & so and that they MUST be something more, it happens to Val constantly, plus DWTS loves to fuel buzzworthy drama with editing, so then you have random false rumors... but he literally has not been involved outside of the show with any of his own partners. And Maks never dated a dance partner when he & Peta broke up either! I’d also add that frankly, you don’t know the events that led to them separating as a couple, it’s rather presumptuous to assume that “he dumped her” & “returned when he was ready to settle”, they have history & ending the relationship only to reconnect like Maks/Peta, Emma/Sasha, Cheryl/Matt, Mark/BC, Witney/her husband Carson, etc is quite normal

No, he didn't 😂 He's never dated any of his partners, he dated his brother's dance partner briefly, but I have no idea how you arrived at that assumption... people just constantly say they see chemistry with this one or that one, and then try to pin their fantasy as something real & refuse to let it go. I mean there are related troll accounts run by people who routinely make stuff up & try to insinuate that he should pursue a relationship with their pick for him, as if it's their decision & they know him personally lol
