VALENCIA SPAIN - Scary Evening Walk But a Beautiful City Really..... 

After walking the streets of Belfast for years what could possibly happen in Valencia

Yup, watched to the end. Love Valencia but haven't been for a while. So it was good to watch this.

watched to the end very enjoyable trip through nightime Valencia I visited there about ten years ago went to the futuristic looking City of arts and science it's like something out of star wars which included a great aquarium.also has interesting story behind the city's symbol being a bat as when James 1 went into battle with the Moors a bat landed on his flagpole which he deemed was good luck into the battle so everywhere in the city are signs of bats even on the Valencia football crest

I would never walk down those side streets after dark Kevin especially with a mobile phone in my hand. Watched to the end.

I watched it all, I go to Spain regularly, but to the same place now, as I'm getting on a bit. Always wanted to see Valencia, your vids are great.

Hi Kevin, we got lost in some of those back streets!! Shame about the graffiti….during the day those back streets feel very different. Lovely city though 👍😀

Hi Kev, stayed in the old town area,that you are filming just before covid, We arrived at night and when we went through the area and saw the narrow streets and the graffiti,nearly told the taxi driver to take us straight back to you airport. But next morning,when we ventured through the old town,and got our bearings,the place is full of character with great little bars and restaurants/coffee shops e.c.t. (Our favourite was beers and travels).So moral of this message is don't judge the book by the cover.Give it a chance. By the Way Kev just back from Naples, Go to old town there and you will come across the same scenario button a much larger scale. (Even the underground trains were covered in graffiti)

these types of streets are very dangerous in Barcelona, but valencia is very safe. I've lived in valencia for almost 5 years and yes, at first those streets were very difficult to navigate ahaha. ps i watched until the end.

Valencia sounds a lot better than it looks and places normally look better at night .... Google maps taking you down there Kev....wow...... It's maddening to see the graffiti emblazed on the walls .... Keep up the good work 🙏

Never felt unsafe in valencia.. Just didn't walk down any quiet side streets same as in any city really.. Thanks for sharing Kevin.. Watched till the end 🙂

I love your videos. I watched the Canary Islands ones and ended up going to Lanzarote of which i would never have considered if i hadnt watchec your videos and now im off to Valencia in a couple of weeks. Thanks for your great content

Watched to the end. I thought around your hostel would make me more nervous than those back streets. The back streets you can view in both directions and you can not be jumped on. The graffiti almost looks like art in some places. Not my taste. It looks a lovely city. Everyone seems well behaved.

Walking these streets compared to the south Bronx is like walking down main street at Disney.

Was there in ‘19 but there are better areas of the city to see.

It's a beautiful city Kevin, dangerous now though venturing those side streets.. taking your life in your hands, be careful

Valencia didn't look so great in that area with all of the graffiti and dirty streets.

Hated the graffiti, worse than Glasgow.
