@@Blondee_Baby_USA the point isn't caring about them being non-binary, it's about caring about them whether they're non-binary or not, I think. they're just using this platform that they've been given to show people that "hey! non-binary people exist everywhere!" it's an attempt to normalize what many people sadly and often regard as abnormal, to destigmatize it, to abolish old, outdated beliefs. if somebody has anything to add to or to correct what i'm saying please do so! i'm not non-binary so i understand that what i'm saying might not be entirely accurate.

Oh, trust me, it's not really that bad, it's actually really fitting, it fits your body, sinches waist a little bit. The under corset is wider at the hips section so it makes this small waist illusion.

@@mirai3991 Kenya Michaels, Kylie "Sonique", Jiggly Caliente(forgive me i forget her non drag name atm), Monica Beverly Hillz, Gia Gunn, and hmmm.. off the top of my head i can't remember anymore binary trans girls, but I know that Courtney Act, and Jinkx Monsoon, are genderfluid/queer, and Gigi Goode came out as gender fluid very recently.. idk my comments all messy but anyway there are lots of trans/nonbinary queens in the whole series.. and i know im forgetting some😭😭😭

It's disgusting. This behaviour sholdn't be praised. Nobody should risk their health and deform their bodies for looks or for a job. It took centuries for women to be free from corsets.

Astrius but it’s their choice to do it so it shouldn’t matter to you. most queens know their limits for corsets. i doubt valentina would ever ever perform in a corset like this but only go on runways or take pictures or interviews. it’s not disgusting it’s beautiful. it’s all part of drag to exaggerate the female body so yeah she’s gonna have a tiny waist.

I've saw a lot of interviews with the queens after drag race and they only said good things about Valentina, even Farrah said that her aproach was wrong on drag race and they are friends now. Sorry my bad english, thats not my first language...

i mean that's the thing, any body is a nonbinary body, and that's why it's so important that people talk about it. Every day you hear people say "why can't you be your own sex, why can't you choose man or woman" but given that anyone has the capacity to be nonbinary, making a big deal about nonbinary identities is the only way to shut those nasty people up. It's a big deal because so many close-minded people try to erase these identities that have historically existed for thousands of years, and letting stars like Valentina talk about how she expresses herself affirms the identities of people like her who normally only hear the voices of close-minded people. And while gender is a construct that might one day be abolished, at this moment in time there's only so much people can do to feel comfortable in their own skin since gender is still so important to the outside world. Just going by "man or woman" also might not cover the whole scope of a person's identity, much like how Valentina expresses here. I guess a lot of what's going on with how society is starting to view gender is that people are trying to openly make sense of how they feel since the language we have currently is so limiting. I hope this might help clear some of your questions up

To me all of this looks like an attempt to exaggerate your traits of character just to make it look special. I can definitely understand transgenderism and gender dysphoria but when slightly more feminine man or slightly more masculine woman call themselves a whole new-ass different nonexistent gender... Not cute And as far as i know there is literally no scientifical proof of NB.

drakula839 let me just tell you something real quick. Sex and gender are 2 entirely different things. Sex is what you are born as, your biological body. Gender is a social construct and there are a lot more than 3 (male, female, intersex). So no binary is not a “nonexistent” gender. And as an NB, it’s honestly upsetting to see people like you invalidating and policing my identity as if you can tell me who I am. Let people live their lives, and you live yours. Keep your nose to yourself

When people refer to the binary, they're talking about the gender binary and how the world categorizes us as only male or female. Valentina identifies as non-binary, so she doesn't see herself as a man or a woman but (in her case) a mixture of both.

@@tjpm You're welcome. :) About the second question, I'm not 100% sure but from what I know, being non binary is how you identify and feel who you are but it's not about sexuality or who you're attracted to. So their sexuality and who they are attracted to is separate from that and would depend on the person.
