I'm been living all my life near by the meditarrean sea, i know how hard it is being stucked far from shore and meditarrean sea is a quiet one, paddleling pulling a boat in the ocean (even if you are in the bay) is harder than most people imagine, cheers Cozy 💪

I laughed when people said that showing Red Hulk gaining power made him bad. Not only does it *NOT* matter, but what it might do is make them play awkwardly to try not to float energy, which is good for the RHulk player.

Helicarrier from Valentina will have great moments against discard. You steal their discard pieces for great value. Ultron is also being undervalued, assuming their is a locked up location he is probably a 4/8 minimum

For Darkhawk, i havent played him a lot in the past months), but right with the release of White Widow i tried out a deck with the mix of the Junk and Darkhawk packedge and it actually makes a decend deck.

Luke Cage Control. A Valentina package [Shadow King/Valentina/Doom] might replace the Juggernaut package I run [Kingpin/Jugg/Magneto]. If not, I will at least try it out. I like the natural curve it seems to offer.

I think we're going to be seeing a lot more Mobius play this week, where people will be using him on curve as a tech card to prevent cheaper 6 drops. Then the Valentina user is left with a 6 cost card that's weaker than it's default.

I'm gonna try out a Surfer deck to try her out. Quinjet and Sera and Luke in the deck so either you drop the 4 cost card she pulls on 4, or on turn 6 with sera you drop a 3 drop, a 6 drop, and surfer

Será decks would go so hard with Valentina. You have your on reveal effects and maybe some other ongoing effects depending on what build you are playing. Making that 6 cost card 3 cost as well and your deck is flexible enough that you can play around what you pull from Valentina. Maybe that 6 cost can go to 2 if you play quinjet just because 😂

I think armor is actually gonna be a great card for Valentina cuz there is a lot of those 6 costs you don’t want to get destroyed or have them destroy your cards. And it’s an ongoing card for spectrum and onslaught

Valentina Cards (assuming Loki deck): - Blob is down there with Zola to me. If your deck's not built for it, he's not doing much. - I'd put Leader in F. -1 Power means playing in the same lane is bad for you. On turns 4/5 there's not a lot of predictable good targets. - Infinaut on 4 is great. Basically forces a Shang Chi while you continue to develop elsewhere. - Spectrum deserves to be in B. She adds up fast. I'm so down for Ultron bots going to 2 power. He'd outpower Doombots if you have 3 spaces open. Would probably be too strong, but I'm okay with top tier Patriot for a week or 2.

hear me out: run shadow king instead of luke cage and play your 6 drop onto a lane where they are building up power to reduce their lane and bring your power back up on t6

Id bump ultron up to c tier easily. I think that ability to get into some harder to reach locations can be handy in a lot of situations and if you play it turn 6 with another card or 2 you just spread enough power everywhere to feel worth it in some situations, at the very least more useful than the other f tier cards

I have considered actually Valentina and Cage in a Skaar deck trying to roll a 3 or 4 cost Skaar cost reducer. It will be interesting.... Also the Cage / Typhoid Mary synergy could be used here. Meanwhile, if you're not playing Cosmo in Loki you should be, so Destroyer should be a better roll than you might otherwise think.

Pretty sure Blob eats 15 power, so if he's -3 he would eat 12 (with normal Blob variance). That's why when you replicate him he pops again, eating 15 more power.

My problem with Valentina is that she already has a lot of variability in what you're getting and that potential value greatly diminishes the later she's played. The rank of 6 costs to be pulled assume she's played on 2 or maybe 3

I've had a deck made and waiting for the Velntina (I thought she was last week's card lol) and I have to say, I don't plan on running Luke Cage. The -3 power sucks, but I just don't think it matters enough for me to pine for Cage. EDIT: After watching the tier list, I'd put Alioth in mid-high 'B' and drop Blob to 'C'. I feel like by turn 3, since you've drawn 6 out of your 12 cards, your Blob would HAVE to absorb everything remaining in your deck to get from 6/-3 to above 10. He'd have to absorb 13 power's worth of cards JUST to reach 10 power so you''d have to not only draw all the low power cards before you play him, but also hope your hand has the remnants to win the game because you're likely not drawing anything else for the rest of the game. Plus there's the chance he can just get Shang Chi'd and if you afraid of things like Agatha, Giganto, and Destroyer being Chi'd, then I don't understand why Blob gets the benefit of the doubt and reaches A tier when he requires so much more sacrifice to even reach that power whereas the others don't.

Me too. Once i saw the list of 6 cost cards my opinion changed. Most of them are situational or directly bad... Not worth 6k tokens, or risk keys (even worse with knull on the Spotlight)

IMO the Mantis rework should be a mini-Jean Grey text change: On Reveal: Your opponent must play their first card here next turn. Change her cost/power to match the new text, but it has synergy with her GOTG friends, it's thematic as a telepath that controls enemies, and it isn't trash like her current text.

I think onslaught is better than they give it credit for, especially in a Loki deck where you could put it on a Devil Dino for a big boost of power.

Onslaught way too high. Most ongoings don't synergize with him where with Odin most on reveals get stronger on repeat. I think with Onslaught you're looking at the ceiling too much but a lot of the time he's just a vanilla 4/3.

This is the first week since I started playing (October 2022) that I'm not hyped about a card. Not because it's bad or anything, but because it's starting to feel overwhelming. I'm always 16-17 cards behind, probably will never have a full deck, and well, the prospect of cards being patched right after they leave the spotlights makes everything feel so arbitrary and somehow „egal“ as we would say in Germany. I still enjoy playing it, but I fear that the more cards are added, the more cards slip through the cracks, the higher the likelihood that any card can be changed at any time, the game will reach its peak in the near future (idk about playercount tho). Eventually, we need to talk about a 'you get all the cards' subscription model.

I had it in my head that Valentina drew from your opponent’s deck a 6 cost at -2 cost, -3 power. Even if it only hit something occasionally, would have hoped on that. You need something a bit more for full randomness to not kill the card for me.

Valentina section is top tier content, because it sort of validated for me that she isn’t a “must have”. Cable is still better in general use because it gets you the disruption and the information about what the opponent doesn’t have so highly snapable. This is what kind of keeps her rating down at a 3. Loki decks she’s probably better due to Quinjet but others probably not. Definition of a 3.

I’m putting Arnim Zola over Destoryer. Depending on your hand you could double your numbers I just like having a chance. Unless your playing a mirror match and your opponent drops Galactus on your Zola 😱
