Awewww that you soooo very much! That means so much to me. I need to get back and upload some videos but in the process of moving, buying a new home, renting out the old home and have 3 kids…phewwww
Aww you’re too kind. This is just another method to sealing them. Some don’t like to use E6000 because of how strong the smell is so epoxy is another way. The silicone is use so the water doesn’t flow underneath making the tumbler appear half full. Basically keeping the water in place
So cute! I noticed that you did this differently than your winter snow globe peekaboo from a while ago… like in terms of how you attached the outer piece as well as how you sealed the bottom. I was just curious if there was a particular reason for that? I’m getting ready to try one of these so I want to know the best way! Thanks!
Hey there thanks so much for asking. So yes some people have reached out saying e6000 did not work for them or if they were doing it correctly. So epoxy is just another way to seal it and some prefer this way better. Ensures no leaks. The silicone at the bottom helps the water not flow underneath where there is a gap if that makes sense. So when the tumbler is right side up it will look completely full, rather than the other way the water goes underneath and makes it look not all the way full. Hopefully that all makes sense hahaha
@@leahriker6789 I get mine from Walmart it’s like $5 and the gun to go with it was like $2. You can also find it at Home Depot , lowes and maybe even Amazon.
Better….. I would be so afraid to take that X-Acto knife and slice right through my plastic lid. I guess you’ve been doing this for a while so you know how much pressure to bear down on. I would probably ruin the cup…..😂
