Hello Christy. Ur card turned out adorable!🥰 I wish I could make a gazillion Valentines cards just like this precious one to let everyone I come across, & not even necessarily know, so they know they r important & loved 🥰. That would be my ultimate dream … to be able to accomplish that 🥰😉💕. Thanks again, Christy. Take care Christy. Stay warm & God bless 🥰💕😉.
What a wonderful dream! I always say that what drew me to card making was that it’s about putting love on paper and giving it away. You’re a woman after my own heart!💖
This card is so cute!!! I love the mice with all the hearts. Your background is super fun and I love how you did your clouds. The colors are perfect and your tip about the metal plate is great. Your coloring is amazing and I loved how you switched up your hearts color pattern, so fun. You are a delight to watch and I always learn so much from you. Thank you for sharing your time and talents with us. Your eye for detail and all the thought that goes into each card is inspiring and helps me when I do mine to remember the details make all the difference. Have a wonderful week and take care of yourself. Lots of love and hugs, my dear friend!
Thank you so much, Rose! I’m so happy you enjoyed this one.🥰 I really appreciate everything you said. I hope that you and your family have an incredible week!💖
Hi Christy, The little mouse and all the hearts and balloons are so cute! The clouds and heart die cut card base are lovely! You can never have too much glitter on a card! Lol! Overall your card is gorgeous! I read your response to one of your subscribers comments, about putting Love on paper and giving it away! So true, I think most cardmakers fill their cards with Love! That's why handmade cards are so special! Thanks again for all you share, it's greatly appreciated!🥰
Aw, thank you so much! That is very kind of you to say. And yes, that has always been my philosophy about card making. Let’s spread the love, one handmade card at a time!💕 📬
Such a perfect Valentine card: sweet and adorable. Love the color combo and the little touches. Those tiny hearts really complete the little scene. Thank you for all the explanations along the way, Christy!
Another wonderful card. I will never tire of watching your coloring process. I got a set of spectrum noir tri-blend markers for Christmas. I've been practicing with them, and I love the alchohol markers, SO much more. The tri-blends though don't have a whole lot of color variation, unfortunately😢.(I only have 1 set for now.) They do have the light to med. to dark range of tones tho, so that is nice. I just love all the advice and instruction you give as you color, where you put your shadows and why, and so much more. Thank you, again. ❤
Aw, I’m so thrilled that you find my videos helpful! Yay for getting new markers for Christmas. I used spectrum noirs for two years quite a while ago now. I don’t know if they’re anything like the tri-blends, but I do have a lot of old videos using them if you go way back on my channel. Best of luck with them!😊
@@christygetscrafty Thanks, Christy. While I truly enjoy other card making channels, I really learn from watching yours. I have been watching a whole variety of years of your videos, but hop around in the years, looking for certain/similar stamps. Thanks again for tip.
I’m so glad you like him! He is a cutie!💖 I’m doing okay. I’m about the only person in my entire extended family who hasn’t gotten sick with a nasty flu recently. Trying my hardest to stay healthy, hoping it will pass me by entirely. I’ve also been having a lot of back pain lately that I really hope goes away soon. But other than that, I’m good! Thanks for asking. Currently getting dumped on with snow. How are you?
@@christygetscrafty sorry to hear your entire extended family has been sick. Fingers crossed you don’t get it too. My friends family all got sick but she did also. We’ve been lucky. But we got our flu shot, COVID, shingles, and RSV a month or two ago. Two shots in each arm so they were done. Paid for that in pain for about five days. Glad you’re doing fine so far. Hugs.
