I love this cake design! What's the flexible smoother at 13:30 called and/or where can I buy one? Also do you think this tool would work well to smooth out a less firm frosting like a whipped cream or a loose ganache? My favorites, but the WORST to get smooth and free of air bubbles 😫

Watched this video this evening as per usual with my 5 and 10 years old boys! They love watching them all and my older one Patrick loves making the NY double chocolate cookies!
