Agree, but ... We the little people who live paycheck to paycheck/credit card debt, just to survive, have a different "view" on voting ... Key question is "Are you better off today than four years ago" ... When government, on all levels, affect/effect our ability to keep our heads above water/quality of Life -"We the People" need to be aware and vote accordingly ... It's so good to see Valerie Bertinelli looking so happy after the challenges she has faced over the past few years. I think she is like a lot of women who hit 60 and make a conscious decision to not let things bother you. Life is too short and precious, and I love to see how she is embracing good food and living the good life. I wish her continued success with her new cookbook!

Me too, I love Valerie from so many years back but I couldn't keep up with her she was talking so fast this time and I was curious if she was maybe doing that. I'm not judging I just had a diabetic friend who passed away and it would be sad for other diabetic people who can't get that drug because other people are misusing that. I don’t see how a comment about someone’s socioeconomic status and choices they make with their bodies is very sweet . Woman need to support Woman and criticizing other woman or making allegations about their body choices (that’s none of your business) is just unkind and unhelpful to woman as a whole. This poor woman. She struggles with people’s opinions on social media and she needs social media to stay current. She is an emotional mess and I get it. I feel for her. So many women in the industry, so judged. But they keep coming back like all of a sudden they are ok…and they sing and dance a new tune. And they sell something new. A new diet, a new cookbook, nutrition, health, exercise, self help…and we fall for it every time because…we love them!! Dance on Hollywood ladies. ❤

I agree with what valerie said about the zoom dating thing, obviously back in ye olden days (msn) it was a great way of getting to know someone. Spent months talking to a guy when i was 18 and it was great, no pressure, no money spent on a date that would be awkward and shy, when we finally met we fell in love and got engaged. Never lasted LOL but it was fun while it lasted.

I always did like Valerie, but several online things, if she doesn't agree with someone, or if something doesn't go her way, whatever.....shes so loose with the "F" bomb, it really made me loose respect for her as a person and mother. That is in several things, is only word she really used. She smart snd talented, but at times a totally different person! Her vocabulary of the English language at times is limited, definitely not a role model, the mouth is us not very pretty, not a lady, and certainly someone I'd be very uncomfortable around, every every few words was F word. Lost all respect for her, a co worker said because if this , will not buy her cookbook, 13 of us very disappointed. When she's on national television here, she knows she cannot swear, so she seems sweet and innocent....but once the cameras turned off, we are wondering how different it can be. Her everyday language its not for any of us or for our children to overhear.
Why did the censor her? I would rather hear the uncensored version of this, people get so offended so easily when it is every day language, no sense to censor, kids talking bad words 24/7!
